I had a low budget and specific requests to accommodate my stressful life as a law student. Being from Miami I thought I could handle the task. A month before the start of my semester I was still without a place. I contacted Cristina with this impossible mission and she over-performed! Within a month Cristina closed the deal for a fully furnished, spacious studio with a balcony overlooking the ocean, all within my budget! As if this wasn't enough, she also managed to negotiate a 7-month lease term. Impressive is an understatement. Throughout this process Cristina acted with speed and lots of patience, it was a smooth experience, to say the least. Since then I've recommended Cristina to friends and family.
