They do a good job monitoring a fire systems it's not hard to get a hold of them just had your account number and the password ready there is some delay on the phone call due to high call volumes at certain times of the day most of the call is automated until you get through to this operators or technicians

My daughter set off our alarm while playing with her toys. Barely had time to abort the alarm before Criticom called. Was super impressed with their reaction time. Couldn’t believe how fast it was. Rep was awesome and kind! Glad they’re our monitoring center!

Our product is Blue by ADT, which is monitored by ADT-owned CMS.

Their Compass portal is intuitive, easy to use, and lets me make customer updates instantly and run the reports I need. Their representatives are super helpful and have a great attitude. Over 25 years ago I researched to determine which monitoring service was the best as I only wanted the best for my customers. I have continued to research who remains the best and again the answer is Criticom. I would not recommend anyone else to serve my customers.

I love that I have the capability to view and edit information from my Android devices as well as put accounts on test.
