Crocs at Orlando International

Very disappointed. I buy some crocs online and I have go to change it for one site they want to charge me $25.00

Left disappointed. I called ahead to confirm my size and croc style I wanted was available. I gave my name and was told it will be place on hold. I got there and all they could say was sorry looks like we sold it. WHATS THE POINT OF SAYING YOUR GONNA PUT IT ON HOLD IF YOUR NOT GONNA ACTUALLY DO IT. Very unprofessional and irresponsible. People have lives for y’all to just waste it like nothing.

Great variety … how ever … it must have been late … the instore employees were busy with themselves … especially Emily seemed a little absent and not motivated @crocs train your people how to serve the customers … plus that the discounts have not been outlet ready.sorry

I called to ask about a croc if they had the lightning McQueen crocs and they they didn’t even bother to check saying they didn’t have any big sizes but I recently went and had bought some crocs in the size I needed

Unfortunately not "my" shoes found but friendly staff "different" than in Europe

It used to be a good brand, but recently it has been bogged down with new products and there are no longer any real bargains like usual (Crocs for kids $5). A pity

Very good assortment of the unique Crocs, with Literide models, which have a different insole than the current models, softer although they do not reach the comfort of the old design
Their attention is very good, with bilingual staff, Spanish and Portuguese.

I went there to purchase a pair for my new lifeguard position and Daniel the assistant manager assisted me since I got there until I got out. I even came back to do an exchange and he politely and professionally helped me out once again. Thanks Daniel

Great selection. Great prices. Tons of jibits, too! All sizes and styles. Big enough store where even busy we could still find what we wanted.

This is what upset crocs employees look like when you catch them lying!
Alicia Stacy and Janeyda lied to me saying they were out of stock in certain pair of crocs. I was at the store 40 minutes before open and saw a rack full of them.
At open the only “had 2 pairs”.
I stuck around the outlet because I saw them on the rack so unless they sold them before the store opened, your lying. I return 30 minutes later to see her selling them by the 3’s (receipt below). Long story short BAD EXPERIENCE

A personal shout out to James C. This gentlemen is incredibly kind. I called 12/5 regarding my online order not being shipped out yet and I ordered a while back. James mentioned this online orders are not quite their department however, he took down my information and stated that he would work on getting me the answers I needed. Overnight my order was shipped. Not only did he assist me with my order knowing that it was holiday time and I would need these items as a gift. He also wants the extra mile and called me back today to ensure that he had worked on the issue and resolved it. There needs to be more individuals like James. Thank you so much! He deserves a raise!
