Crocs at Sawgrass Mill Outlet, Sunrise FL

Alisha at the Sawgrass Mills Outlet location was amazing! She took the time to check for what my son needed and made a 7 yo day!

We went to Crocs Sawgrass today, it was wonderful. And the experience was even better with Andrew helping us choosing the best Crocs according to our daily activities. Thank you Andrew!

So I went to Crocs with Zero intention of buying anything and here comes Jewel, gracious in name and character. Never push extremely helpful. I found myself not only buying a Crocs but wearing it out and I think my Crocs hating days are over all because of great customer satisfaction from Jewel. Well done! And yes I'll be back.

Honestly, I would do 0 stars because this is the worst store I have ever been to! I love crocs products but this store is terrible. I go there all the time, and every time I have a problem. Workers follow you in a weird way, and clearly management is lacking because the workers are extremely nasty. I was there today, and it was the worse experience yet. I asked the cashier a question about the product, and I repeated it a few times because I don’t know if she didn’t understand or couldn’t hear me. She literally rolls her eyes, and turns to her co-worker and says “I don’t have time for this. ” I don’t understand how a company with great products can have terrible customer service representatives endorsing them.

Nehemiah was very professional and ofcourse he is top notch. Will definitely be back. The staff was awesome and I will definitely be back for more and let others know where to shop.

Sofia displayed her Subject Matter Expertise in my wife’s Croc decoration to her taste! This is what customer service should be performed like by all sales personnel! Alex closed out our experience with a smile, warm interaction, and great attitude! Keep At It ladies!

Jonathan was amazing. He worked through his break to assist me and I was picky. He smiled the entire time and kept bringing crocs. Someone said that this would be ignored and mean nothing. I hope they were wrong.

For those who like Crocs shoes, this is a great choice. The store always has great promotions, like get two and pay one, or get two and pay only 50% of the value of the second pair. It can be difficult to find all the shoe numbers, but on the other hand, you can find models that don't exist in Brazil. Anyone who knows Crocs shoes knows their quality and durability.

All the staff were very attentive, energetic, and definitely caring about me as a customer. Especially, SHE/HER ALEX. SHE WAS A DOLL. She was able to make me happy despite my obnoxious, but always respectful, playfully funny attitude!

The entire store was super helpful, from running into the back & checking supply, to charm selection for my kiddo. But also, full staffing so I didn't have to run and hunt someone down. Great experience

Typically for Crocs; you pay $30 for some sandals and $70 for “those” things you attach to them. I understand the concept but I find those things to be over expensive. Business talking, congratulations to them for the idea, it’s brilliant!

Had a good experience @crocs store located in the sawgrass mall. Jada was an excellent sales rep and help me look for my size. Great smile as well….

The lady on register named Irene was super nice and patient with me and my family. Definitely made my experience better!
