Cross Creek Ranch - Florida’s All Inclusive Destination Wedding Venue

CCR is honestly amazing and you should definitely have your wedding here. I had zero stress on my wedding and knowing that we had Holly and her team putting everything together was a literal godsend and I don't know how people get married without planners. The fact that it's all inclusive is a mega plus. The grounds are amazing. I got to live my fairy princess dream wedding. Nothing bad happened. Lisa who did our design meeting got everything perfect. You literally pick everything you want in a 4-5 hour design session and they take care of everything. I loved that all the florals (sans the bouquets and boutonnieres) were silk. No waste and sustainable. On the day of the rehearsal, I saw something another wedding had and I wanted it and Holly made it happen. There was a little issue with my brother's boutonniere and Holly fixed it in 2 minutes. Bria, our house mom, took care of us in the morning. Haley helped me gather my things; it felt like I was a celebrity. There were so many people there to make sure everything was perfect. Anita helped the boys and they all talked to each other on head sets to communicate and make sure that everyone was aligned. The timing was incredible. They talked and handled any and all things regarding vendors. They got us in touch with the preferred caterer so we could do our tasting. They linked us up with Alta for florals. They made sure the DJ reached out to us. They do all the setup and decorating and teardown. They kept everything on time. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS. The entire team that supported me and my husband that day made it perfect. I had the best time. I want to get married exactly in the same way 100 times. Everyone said that we had an amazing wedding and it wouldn't have been as great if we didn't go with CCR. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING! We love you Holly!

We had the pleasure of photographing our couples wedding here and ABSOLUTELY FELL IN LOVE WITH THIS VENUE! Hands down one of the best venues with decor and staff. We highly recommend it!

So beautiful! I attended a wedding here as a guest and was completely blown away with how amazing this event was. No detail was left unattended to and it seemed like the bride and groom.did not have to worry about anything. That is a dream come true for such a life changing event. Everything was so well-organized and on time. The food was delicious and the location is just perfect. The only downside is that the bathrooms are a little bit of a walk, over a bridge from the reception area, but it wasn't a deal breaker as much as a slight inconvenience. Overall, I would highly recommend this location to get married as it flows flawlessly because they are so organized.

While the venue speaks for itself, I will give details on that later. First and foremost- the BEST attribute to Cross Creek was my Son and Daughter-N-Laws Wedding Coordinator, Val. From the first time we met with her, she connected on such a personal level with everyone.
She is extremely genuine and passionate about what she does at Cross Creek. You know immediately she LOVES what she does and who she works for and with.
Val was not only keyed into every detail of the wedding day but she was pleasant and kind. She treated every person like her own family and made sure everything was to the liking of our Bride and Groom. I am forever grateful for her kind heart to our family and friends! She is a MUST have on your special day! I have full intentions to stay in contact with Val, as I welcome her as a friend and extension of our family!
The staff at Cross Creek was so welcoming and attentive, pleasant to talk to- again, it felt like family which is what makes the nervousness and emotions of this day settle at bay to make for a more enjoyable time.
The Grounds at the venue were stunning- Nature in the rawest form well kept and cleaned! Simply beautiful.
The food, bar and DJ were perfect! I think our wedding consisted of some that were definitely dancers and some that may have been a bit shy- however the DJ did a great job at keeping the party lively and filling song requests as long as the Brides play list!
Hair and Makeup was through The Destiny and Light company- we had a few hiccups to start with but the 2 ladies (Amber and Sarah) were TOP NOTCH! We had 5 in our party including the Bride for hair and makeup and I can tell you they delivered such a beautiful look that exceeded my personal expectations. Very Kind, Very Professional and suggestive when we needed some direction. I would definitely use both Amber and Sarah again!
I would rate this venue a 5 Star with VAL alone- she is that GOOD! Everything else were just add ons to make the day so special for my son and daughter n law.

They truly brought our vision to life! I had zero stress on the day of the wedding which says a lot because I stress about everything! All of the staff, including Holly and Val were simply amazing and did absolutely everything they could to make me feel special, hydrated and stress free. I had bridesmaids tell me they have NEVER seen this level of service at a wedding venue. I’m so sad it’s over but it was such a beautiful day and I’m grateful to everyone who had a part in it. This place is incredible in every single aspect. The grounds are absolutely stunning, the trees, the flowers, the greenhouse, both the cabin & the home where the bride and her party got ready. It was all so gorgeous. Not to mention the staff. I was the maid of honor in my best friends wedding here. I have been in multiple weddings & a maid of honor a few times & i've never experienced the type of hospitality at a wedding before. Valorie the the wedding coordinator.she is so special. The most kind, genuine, helpful, sweet & truly brilliant person, I don't think Cross Creek realizes what an honor & privilege it is to have Valorie on their team. She is the best of the best, 20/10 a good person, but also a genius at what she does. I couldn't be more impressed with her & her team. I have to give major props to Alexa (or Alexis, i'm bad with names I'm so sorry) she was helping Valorie & team anywhere and everywhere she could, she is such an asset. The whole team. I, as the maid of honor but also the bride & groom & their parents & all the other guest were SO impressed (and we are not an easily impressed crowd Lol). Rafael the DJ, the bartender, The videographer Leo, the photographers Leo + Chris? (helping Leo in Britt's absence, but we called him Britt all night, haha oops!), George & Madison who were serving.that entire team who worked the Fuentes wedding on March 25th 2023 was incredible. Find out who was all there that night & book them. Hard workers, FUN workers, everyone felt happy to be there & happy to be working with each other. What an incredible group of people, what an incredible venue- top to bottom, side to side. WOW. You all should be so, SO proud. Thank you for making my best friends wedding truly unforgettable.

Cross Creek Ranch is a spectacular venue and the fact that they are all-inclusive makes the wedding planning process really enjoyable! From the very beginning, almost a year out, they had stellar communication with us and were very organized. They organize and help coordinate your vendors, spend a few hours going over your dream designs and how they can bring those to life in your design meeting, and have an impeccable follow-up throughout the months leading up to your day.
I've heard that wedding planning and coordinating all of the vendors, especially on the day of the wedding, can be very stressful! However, we did not experience any of that having Cross Creek Ranch as our vendor. We decided to get married at their newest site, The Oak Hall and it was GORGEOUS. That part of the property is stunning, quiet, and magical with all of the plants and trees. On the day of the wedding, we had zero worries. We had Christine as our house mom and she was so patient and helpful while we got ready. Valerie was our lead coordinator and I highly recommend her for anyone's wedding! She had constant communication leading up to the wedding, followed- up on every question I had, and was so KIND and loving to us on our actual wedding day. She was so passionate about our wedding and making it so special for us, that I felt like she was a part of our family. The entire wedding team staff was also so wonderful and truly wants your day to be so special. And it means the world to have a whole team behind you on such a big day! I cannot thank the whole CCR team, Bonnie and Sean enough for making literal wedding dreams come to a reality.

From the first to last experience there, the staff was wonderful! Our wedding planner Valerie was perfect as well as the rest of the staff. The DJ Raphael did an awesome job. Would definitely recommend to any future couple looking to get married. Everything looked beautiful. Above and beyond our expectations.

If you are looking for a venue for your wedding I highly recommend Cross Creek Ranch in Dover, FL. My special day went very smoothly. The response you get from the team while planning is top notch. I was able to talk with the team day or evening and also on weekends. Every guest that I have talked to told me it was the best wedding they have ever attended. The food and cake were both amazing. My florals were beautiful. They stay on the timeline so we were able to do everything that we had planned. Also i highly recommend the upgrade to use the main house for you and your wedding party. Wow! I don't even know where to begin! I first want to thank the entire staff at Cross Creek Ranch for making my daughter and son-in-laws wedding day 1/15/2023 so perfect. From the first day meeting the coordinators and signing their wedding contract every detail did not go unnoticed! I want to thank Valerie, Hayley and Megan for being so attentive and personable with not only the entire wedding party but all the guests as well. When I asked my daughter after doing a sneak peak at the reception all set up she told me it was everything she imagined it to be 10/10! The food was amazing and Bonnie photography, Alessi and Veschi food catering top notch! All the guests had mentioned to us all that it was the best wedding ever! Thank you again to everyone who worked so hard making this day so special for my daughter and her husband Mr & Mrs. Davids!

Cross creek ranch goes above and beyond to make your wedding day literally perfect. My wedding day was the best day of my life.my guests and I were all blown away at the attention to detail and how perfectly everything was organized. Our day of planner, Megan, was so considerate of everyone’s needs. All the vendors were amazing too, especially Vesh catering and Rad red photography. I just wish I could do it all over again! A day to remember FOREVER! Choose this for your big day and you won’t regret it.

Five stars isn’t enough for this venue. The level of professionalism, elegance and creativity is worth every dime spent. The venue is beautiful and the team is amazing. Everyone there is incredible, you don’t meet one person on the team that doesn’t exceed your expectations. Our day was beautiful. It blew our minds and we wouldn’t change a thing. Valerie the lead coordinator was a true delight. We bonded instantly and she didn’t let me down at any point. She ensured a perfect day went down and improvised quickly when needed and didn’t even skip a beat when little changes needed to be made. Megan the assistant coordinator was also amazing and she ensured that my day went smooth and ensured I got some alone time when I needed it. All the vendors they work with are outstanding. Pretty but not suitable for handicapped persons who might attend function lots of unpaved walking. Also restroom accommodations especially for ladies was horrible & dysfunctional. You had to wash your hands outside facility on a porch in full view of other guests on a porch!

Such an incredible team that way surpassed my expectations. They fulfilled every detail and handled every situation very well while keeping a smile on their face. Since day one, they wanted to make sure everything was to our liking and satusfaction. They met all our goals and did all the heavy lifting from when we decided to book with them. Would definitely recommend.

Cross Creek Ranch is an above and beyond venue that handles everything for you leading up and the day of the wedding. We had such an easy time wedding planning with them as we attended design meetings, floral meetings, cake tasting, food tasting and more! There were so many options to choose from giving us the opportunity to make our wedding vision come true without having to DIY our own centerpiece etc. The staff at CCR were there for us every step of the way and just a phone call away when needed. The day of my wedding was seamless and beautiful! I didn’t need to worry about any of the timelines etc. Cross Creek Ranch truly exceeded our expectations! HIGHLY recommend!

My husband and I knew from our initial visit 2.5 years ago that CCR was where we would start our forever. From start to finish, the staff were amazing and so accommodating. They made the entire process flow smoothly and really brought our vision to life. 12/4/22 felt like a fairy tale and I only wish we could relive it over and over. The team at Cross Creek Ranch was incredible! My wedding day involved being in a tornado watch and a torrential downpour for the majority of the day but they still made my outdoor dream wedding come true at the last minute when the sun came out! The whole team was involved from my lead coordinator Valerie, the design team, the decor team, the other coordinators and my house mom Christine. They exceeded my expectations and truly gave us a wedding straight out of a fairytale. All of the vendors and outside resources they use from caterer to bakeries, to florist, and DJ are top notch and myself and all of our guest could not rave about them enough. I could go on and on but they truly made getting married the easiest and most stress free process I could’ve wished for!

Cross creek ranch made our day truly magical! We loved every minute of the wedding planning process, they made it easy with so many different design options to make it fit our style and vision. They even texted us updates on what we should be doing each month like when to send out invitations and start shopping for my dress, all to prepare us for the big day. Alta helped us pick the right flowers to match our romantic rustic theme and even helped added them to our cake after our meeting. The whole staff was so friendly and attentive, especially my coordinator Megan she was so hands on and made our day flow perfectly. We loved our house mom Christine and her team who catered to us while we got ready that morning and our DJ Rafael kept the party going all night long. They even had a golf cart to shuttle us around so I didn’t have to walk much in my dress and constantly had fans blowing to keep me from sweating off my make up. We couldn’t have done it without them. We’re so thankful for the team at cross creek ranch and couldn’t picture our day any other way.
