CrossFit 305, Miami FL

The stellar trainers at CrossFit 305 are, in no uncertain terms, what got me through quarantine, keeping me physically (and mentally!) strong with daily Zoom workouts. Although I live 1,500 miles from Miami, I feel just as much a part of the gym as the athletes who train in person. Outstanding trainers, great programming, what are you waiting for?

Stopped by for a Sunday morning 9am drop-in as I have at many others, nobody showed up by 5 till so I called another box nearby and went there (had great experience, Live free up the road). As an owner myself was very disappointed, they have a 9am listed on the website. I know standards vary location to location and am not sure if they didn't actually have that class or if Coach didn't show, either way.

I was reached out to and the owner is looking to make sure this doesn't happen again. Seems it may have been a coach that was late.

Awesome leadership, caring people, and great fitness. If you're looking for a program that will help you reach your goals, this is it. They'll sit down with you and help you build the best plan for YOU. Whether that means nutrition, group training, or private training - they will show you the way. I highly recommend!

Walked through the doors 8 years ago, changed my life so much I became a coach. Coaching there changed my life so much I became part-owner. Few things have impacted me as positively as 305.

CrossFit 305 Miami has made me feel safer and more supported than any other workout facility has. The gym is SUPER CLEAN and they seem to take pride in cleanliness as well as keeping their customers safe.
From a motivational standpoint, it has made a huge difference for my growth when instructors like Jeff, Keenan and owner, Dan really go above and beyond to care about my personal goals and check in on my milestones for strength and weight loss.
There is a ton of equipment in the gym that is cleaned after each use and the integration of their outdoor space has made it amazing to be able to workout with tons of fresh air.
After this experience, I would never go to another gym un Miami. Love this CrossFit 305 gym, it feels like a Family

Very friendly staff, very professional couches, workouts are hard and challenging, everyone is very respectful and caring, we are like a big family, I feel like home and I’m getting the best version of my self.
