CrossFit Mile Zero, Key West FL

Visiting Key West and dropped in for the 23.1 open WOD. Welcoming community, great coaches, and very well organized. Highly recommended!

I love CFMZ! I drop in whenever I’m in town and I’m always met with amazing hospitality. The amazing community is perceptible from the moment you walk in, and everyone is welcoming and friendly. It’s so wonderful to have such a great place to train when visiting

I came to Mile Zero having just recovered from knee surgery. The coaches were very accommodating with helping me modify where I needed to. I slowly was able to build back my strength thanks to this gym. All the coaches learn everyone's name and classes become like family. Crossfit gyms can be intimidating but this gym is so friendly and welcoming. Great workouts and great people!

Dropped in at CrossFit Mile Zero with my husband this morning. Folks were very welcoming— so much so that my husband commented, ‘the friendliest people we’ve met on our trip have been from CrossFit! ’
They follow the Mayhem Affiliate programming so had a good combo of strength + conditioning. Gym is beautiful spacious, lots of equipment. Highly recommend!

Best place for CF inside the Keys, vibes are great and facility contains what you need to stay fit, coaches are awesome and welcome you with smile and support, I really enjoyed training there

Did a dropin, very friendly people and friendly stuff. The WOD was good. In the back of the Box is a massive amount of CrossFit stuff. The fitting rooms and shower are a little bit to small.
