Awesome place to live. Great for singles/couples/small families. Complex does best to create community feel. Pool was exceptional, and staff was friendly & helpful. Couldn’t have asked for a better apartment in area!

I am about to move in and sign a lease with a good friend who loves this apartment. However, speaking with a manager (or whoever this employee is) I had a terrible experience. A woman who works here confronted my friend that I am signing a lease with and publicly embarrassed her and others with a conversation that should be held in private. I did not respect it in the slightest. I am looking forward to moving here but if someone works in “hospitality” they should be educated in a poised behavior towards tenants and future tenants.

The Crossings At Nine Mile are the best apartments in Pensacola, FL. I've stayed at a few places around town and none of them are anywhere as nice as this property. I've never had an issue with ANYTHING while staying here. I got married last year and wanted to start over fresh with my husband so I left The Crossings so we could get an apartment together. After a year at our new complex we've decided to move back to this location! When I came back to ask about a new lease the property manager remembered my name after I've been gone for a whole year, which made me feel like I was more than just another number unlike at other apartments. The staff is so friendly and so are all the people in the community. The location is also really nice it's in walking distance to Publix and Target and a lot of other shops. I definitely recommend this place!

This Use To Be Logan's Apartment In SuperMarioLogan From SML Bowser's House Fire To SML The Koopalings Part 2 They Lived There From April 16th 2015 To October 16th 2016, In 2015 Bowser's Old House Caught On Fire So Because Bowser, Bowser Jr & Chef Pee Pee Went To McDonald's To Get Food Then They Cameback And They Saw Their House Was On Fire It Destroyed The House So They Had To Move To This Apartment, A Year Later The Koopalings Destroyed Stuff In The Apartment Then Mr. Goodman Heard The Noise From The Chainsaw Because Wendy Cut A Sofa In Half With A Chainsaw Then Mr. Goodman Kicked Everyone Out Of The Apartment And They Stayed At Hotel Temporarily Until They Got A New Home To Live, On October 20th 2016 Everyone Moved Into The New House On 763 Lake Ridge Ln, Pensacola, FL Which Is Their House Right Now, Their House Looks Really Nice.

I have lived here for about four years and have enjoyed it. The management has always been friendly and accommodating to any reasonable request. I did have a problem with a lady that lived nearby who would throw crazy parties and get into loud fights outside. They professionally took care of the situation with her. The property is meticulously maintained, the maintenance staff are friendly and respond to any issue in a quick manner. You can’t ask for a safer property or better manager.

Lived there for 8 months.and had the worst experience of all time.management attacked my character and likes to listen to other residents instead of getting the true story.heads down the worst place I’ve ever lived

We absolutely LOVE this apartment complex. Not only is it in an excellent location.walking distance to Publix, Target & others stores in same plaza but also everyone in the office is very friendly & will go out of their way to make sure you are happy. The maintenance men are also AWESOME. They too are friendly & will take good care of you. This complex is very clean and quite. We feel very much at home here.

The Crossings was my home very far away from home! The staff, both in the office and around the grounds, care very much about making this such a beautiful, clean and safe place to live! If I ever move back to Pensacola, I would happily go straight back to The Crossings to find home!

This is where Bowser, Bowser Jr, Chef Pee Pee and Mario and their family live. They are very nice but can be crazy at times.
