Totally unprofessional management company. They constantly would say they will call back or email and never would. They finally said we were accepted and that we would receive a call or email later that day, they never called. We called them back and all of a sudden property no longer is available. Unprofessional and lackluster customer service.

Strung us along all weekend saying we were only applicants and then said we had been accepted. After calling them since they never sent us anything in writing saying we got the house and they tell us it’s no longer available. They would give us a time every day they would call us and everyday we would have to call them hours after they told us to expect a call. I’m sure they are great when you are paying them rent but until then they don’t care and are just happy to get you to pay a application fee.

By far the best property management company I have ever dealt with. We had rented our home from them for 2 years. They were forever super helpful and right on top of everything you need. They care so much about their tenants and their tenants concerns. They reach out from time to time to make sure all is well and everything is okay! I dealt with Tara and Rick a lot and those two are AWESOME! If you are looking for one of the best property managements companies to rent from, they are by far the best! They deserve way more than 5 stars!

Such a smooth transition from rental to new home! CrossView PM kept me informed and I certainly appreciate their kindness and their professionalism. Tara and Rick were wonderful!
