The worst experience ever, I have never in my 56 years of life have ever dealt with such unprofessional people. I was asked to write an itemized bill with every piece I was shipping and they shipped part of my things to LA and now they’re telling me they cannot do anything about it? First, I had to take them my cargo because they had no trucks to pick my items up. I rented a truck to make it easier for them and never used it because of the lack of communication, I’ve been on hold for over an hour? I will never use this company again! Stay tune because there’s more to this review!

Gate got unlocked early. Few trucks on the delivery side. In and out. Very polite. Not as busy in January I suppose.

Worst place to deliver freight. DO NOT USE. Waiting line extremely unnecessary and the place is full of people who don’t want to work. It takes 3 hours to deliver one single job. Bunch of unqualified employees who will likely take their frustrations and shortcomings on their CLIENTS who bringing in the money to pay them.

This place is horrible, the wait time is almost 4 hours i have been sitting outside since 11am it is now 1: 44 and we have not even made it through the security guard. They super slow. Other freight forwarding companies with less employees are faster. I had to stay behind so that my husband can continue making other deliveries. I am sure that I will be here until at least 3 or 4pm because once you get in there's another line inside. People fool around instead working. I hate this place it is the worse.

We site is a mess. Lots of pages not found, phone numbers don't work.
Quote function doesn't work.

Called the Miami office, phone tree doesn't actually connect you to anyone. Then hangs up on you.

They must be the only service provider in this area to stay in business.

I just called to ask for information if they could do the customs paperwork for a merchandise that Im going to import, and the woman who answer the phone was rudely and hung up without any information

The worst! When you have one small package to drop off, you have to wait in the same line as big trucks. Had to wait 2 hours to drop off 1 box. Now they say it sailed and arrived but I have not received a bill of lading nor a cost. Absolutely the worst shipping company. Avoid them.

For the 2nd time in as many years (to the date! I checked previous emails) Crowley has caused a great disruption to my business and forced me to cancel reservations and cancel/reschedule inspections with a government organization.

The booking agent and customer service assured me, in email, that my items would ship on a set date. That date is now 2 weeks later than the original date. Follow ups for explanation have fallen on deaf ears, and at the end, I'm left with upset and disappointed customers, steep losses in revenue, staff that won't be returning to work as planned, and a major government agency with a negative perceptions of me and my business.

I can not stress this enough, FIND ANOTHER SHIPPER! If you are transporting anything else by sea, find a more reliable and customer service oriented business. This company has grown so large that they act as though they can afford to disappoint and lose a customer with no repercussions. Good Luck, and I hope this

This place is horrible to send shipments, I seen how they treat their employees & it’s disgusting. The only thing consistent with this company is they way they change their staff members, the managers are never aware of what’s going on in any situations and when you go ask a supervisor for help they send you to another regular employee and when something goes wrong they clean their hands. How is it possible to have supervisors like Miguel incapable of handling basic situations. The problem is within the company and while the same people are in charge there will be less business for this company.
