Crown Cleaners of Miami Lakes reviews
13Avoid this place like the plague. Besides being subpar the owner has a terrible attitude and defends his driver that thinks he owns the parking lot. He told be to be carefull as his driver did 10 years for beating a cop. Lucky I'm not a cop and he would find that out quickly.
EXCELLENT Customer Service - Services provided exceeded my expectations- Crown cleaners go the extra mile to accommodate customers request. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this establishment to anyone looking for and exceptional Dry Cleaning and Alteration Services.
They are amazing and great customers service, always professional n have all my things correct
GREAT service, super friendly people and they do ALTERATIONS (SO rare to find nowadays)! Super recomendado!
Excellent customer service and good quality work. It’s the dry clean store where you can rely on.
Descent neighborhood cleaners in this Miami Lakes neighborhood. Fair prices. Alterations though a bit steep. Nice, attentive personnel.
Very recommended I took a dress to fix they did a great job. Not only that they are very fast and efficient.
The ladies who run this shop are lovely! Great service and very kind! Always on time and if I’m in a rush they try to make sure to prioritize!
Expensive and not the best job. Shrunk one of my suits and the other one had weird lines all over. We tried them out because a friend told us the price they charge and we get there to be charged something else. I guess they just give certain people discounts.
I took my son’s shirt to dry cleaner for a wedding, the shirts that I received were dirty. The manager told me the I can bring the shirts back after the weeding if I want, I told the manager there is no point of bringing the shirts back after the wedding and this is when he told me well, don’t bring them. The clothing was never clean. They just iron the clothing. Great customer service. Oh I still was change for the clothing.
If you want you cloth damaged and have the owner tell you it the manufacturer fault then this is your place. What a horrible person. His poor staff he will not show face for anyrhing. Took him a month to call over a uniform worth $200 which was ruined at his store or plant. Only to have this arrogant man tell me he doesn't stain cloth only clean them. When the uniform was dropped off it was cleaned, I only really take it for the searching and ironing honestly. I've been doing business with the other location for over a year now taking 2 different karate competition uniform twice a month. Well this man bought the store where I did business at and when the item was returned ruined with a black mark on the sleeve he basically said nope don't care we tried cleaning it 3 times at no charge.yet this caused the stained. Horrible man. I've spent over $600 at this drycleaners and this man just basically said if it's ruined its the manufacturers fault. What does the manufacturer have to do with a marker stain on a sleeve caused by you.
Let’s start with their hours of operation which clearly states that they close at 7: 00pm (both online and on their storefront. This is simply not true, they actually close at 6: 00. But it gets better, if you get there a few minutes before 6: 00, they still won’t provide service because they “already shut down the computer”, so no! They don’t close at 6: 00 either, but a little before that (how long before? Depends on the day). Most people get out of work at 5: 00pm so it makes it difficult to get there at 5: something which means that you will have to wait until the weekend.
Now onto the dry cleaning service. They lost one of my seven shirts and I didn’t get that shirt until almost a month later.
I have been a customer of this cleaner for over 3 years. During that time I have seen rates increases twice from $2.80 per shirt (taxes included) to $5.60 today.
The service is good, I can't complain however the price increase is exaggerated AND un call for, I am sure, in fact I know he has not increase the hourly salary to his employees, and I am sure the Grahams have not increase his rent 100% NOR has the price of chemicals gone up so much.
Today the Producers Price Index (PPI) is approx. 8%, and the Consumer Price Index (CPI) is around the same level, I cannot imagine how the owner of this biz can justify a rate increase of approx. 100% the math does not work. Unless he's making up for loss biz during the pandemic.
This is one of the reasons why the inflation rate continues to increase nationally, due to this GreedFlation, as these small biz owners try to recuperate their equity losses during the pandemic at the expense of loosing customer which WILL happen over time. Then they will blame the economy and the government for their poor and greedy decision making.
We, including the owner of this biz (in the long run) will suffer because of biz owners like this.
