30I had recalls on my Honda Odyssey and was scheduled to go to Crown Honda. I was told to ask for Brook. I was greatly impressed with the care and courtesy I was shown. Brooks Falzon couldn’t have been nicer or more thorough. He explained everything clearly and took time to answer all questions. He made sure I was comfortable and offered coffee or water. Brooks is definitely an asset to Crown Honda.
It has been a perfect experience so far with Crown Honda. Jonathan has been like a family now. I was looking for a deal for Civic EX 2018 since 2 months, and guess what! Got a better deal on EX-T trim. Thanks to Jonathan for such a nice customer service experience.
