This place is Amazing! It is clean and well kept. Mom has been there almost a year now and the staff from the Director to the Aides and Maintenance personnel have all been so caring and accommodating. They have so many activities going on, there is no way you can get board here. Lynn and her staff make sure everyone is treated with care and dignity.

My mom has been at Family Extended Care, (formerly called Crown Point Senior Living), for about 6 and 1/2 months now and is doing great there. The facility is very clean and the staff is AMAZING! They are all very caring and compassionate and very dedicated to patiently assisting the elderly with their daily needs and also keeping them engaged in life with fun, planned activities each day along with parties and special celebrations for the holidays. Lynn K, the new assistant administrator, is absolutely fabulous! She is so kind and caring and treats all of the residents as if they are her own family and has the same standards for all of her staff and it shows in the excellent care the residents receive. You can see that the residents are truly loved and cared about and treated with dignity and respect. ALL of the staff I've come in contact with in the facility has been very nice and friendly.
I would definitely recommend Family Extended Care to anyone who wants excellent care for a loved one in a very cozy and clean facility!

The new name is Family Extended Care of Spring Hill.

I moved my dad in there a couple weeks ago. He loves the place! At his old facility, every time I went to visit him, he was in his room, in bed. He was bored and miserable. Here, they keep him active and engaged, whether it is playing board games with the other residents, or whatever else they come up with to do to keep their residents active and happy. And it is working. My dad is happier than I have seen him in years. (And he loves the food!).

Lynn, the assistant administrator has gone above and beyond to make my dad feel at home in his new environment. So has the rest of the staff. I just wish I had found this place sooner.

Called to speak of possibly taking good will work into their place, she hung up on me! Then came here to see what this place is about, she did me a favor. Looks like it was a great place but not so much anymore. A shame.

After calling to see if they are hiring I was asking the very rude receptionist about available shifts and she hung up on me! Woooow! With that horrible service I would never put my loved on in this place. If this is how potential employees are treated, I'd hate to see how they treat our loved ones. Ridiculous. If you don't have compassion or kindness then Get the hell out of the medical field!

My parents have lived at Crown Pointe for almost 2 1/2 years, and they are very happy here. All of our extended family has been to visit them on numerous occasions and is happy with this facility too. My mother needs extra care with dressing, bathing, toileting, etc, and the staff is very caring and dedicated. My parents and I are able to enjoy their golden years without worrying about their well being.

Was great when Sandy was there. Now the hire ups treat everyone like dirt with no respect. I quit because I couldn’t stand walking in to work everyday knowing that the office talks about me to my coworkers. It’s very unprofessional and too much drama. The management is spiteful and can be very rude. There are roaches galore throughout the facility and I have seen rats a few times as well. It’s not a well kept business at all. It used to be much better when sandy and her husband were there. Overall it’s just not worth it. Sorry not sorry. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy nor would I put a family member or anyone else in this place. Management is too focused on themselves and drama to focus on the residents needs.
