My experience at Crown Volvo for sales and service is ALWAYS outstanding! I want to thank Brian Tessitore for my 10,000 mi.oil change, etc.and I feel very confident driving my Volvo knowing it is in excellent condition. I am 82 yrs.old and this is very important to me. Thank you very much!

Upon notification our car was ready with issues regarding the navigation system, we were pleasantly pleased that the issue was repaired at no charge and the car was washed to boot. We obviously left very pleased with your service. You are a credit to your profession and to the Crown Dealerships. I have received exceptional repairs, and service from Crown Volvo.
I've taken my car there multiple times for repairs, with confidence that I would receive excellent service, In a timely manner.

All of the personnel in the service department, are accommodating, considerate, not to mention, on point with their vast knowledge.

I have personally dealt with Joseph Guerrera on several occasions, having my car repaired. He's certainly on top of his game, in regards to checking you into service. He follows up on repairs and keeps you posted on progress.

Needless to say, I highly recommend Crown Volvo with confidence.

Brian Tessitore was the very personable gentlemen who handled our visit. The work was done while we waited. The wait pleasant. My Volvo was sparkling clean and ready to be released in a short time.

Brian was very helpful in securing tires for my car once I had a nail puncture. He was able to take me in right away and have them mounted rotated and balanced. He was thorough professional and communicated throughout the time I wad there.

I had a dead battery. Got a new one from AAA st home but Joseph Guerera (spelling?) at Crown Volvo found out that the AAA tech didn't replace the new battery correctly - not plugged in? - after a diagnostic test.

I’m so very happy with my all electric Volvo XC40, and extremely pleased with the ease & professionalism of the Crown Volvo dealership! (Gabe is a wonderful sales rep to work with—knowledgeable, very pleasant, and Always ready to answer any questions.) My car is a joy to drive with v responsive acceleration, well tuned braking, the best back up camera ever, & Alexa available at the tap of a button! I recommend 100%!

Crown Volvo is a little further drive for me than my closest Volvo dealership, but my service agent, Brian Tessitore, makes the extra miles traveled worthwhile! Brian is direct, consistently communicates the status of my car, and explains my options and helps to prioritize repairs.
