Best crown in town with the best service, everything you need to get the party started but with smiling faces and great service puts them a step ahead of the rest

I ordered a bottle of wine for my friend in the US and used my credit card for payment. However, my order was unexpectedly canceled. When I called to inquire, they accused me of attempting to scam their store. Now, I have to place the order again using my friend who is a truck driver in another part of the US. I appreciate any assistance in rectifying this situation. Furthermore, I found the behavior of their staff to be extremely rude.

Had to reduce my rating from 5 stars to 4. The staff is unpleasant. It's not difficult to go somewhere else where the customer is appreciated.

Been coming here for 3 years since I moved to Boca & never had a problem. I do not know what happened to the people that work there? The last 3 times in the month between December & January they were rude, arrogant & plain disrespectful. The last time I went there I asked about a wine & the guy literally throws the sign to me & says you can read it! That will be the last time I go to this store. You can keep MY points. ABC is right down the block & so is Total wine both places are very willing to help you.

Since visiting the south federal hwy store 4 years ago I've found that they have no idea what customer service means. As a long time customer I've found that the employees lie to you about their supply of products and simply don't care. I would suggest you avoid the south Boca location and only do business with the north Boca location. Save yourself time and aggravation by avoiding the incompetent employees and business! I wonder how they make it to work each day?

Great experience and personal service. Our guy (forgot his name) was very helpful in helping decide to pick what we wanted for our collection, and he gave us a sample that we can’t wait to buy.

I found the associate in the store a bit pushy, overbearing and in my face. He was also a little disrespectful in the way he addressed me. I was surprised because they are always so easy going at Crown.
