Crowne Plaza Ft. Lauderdale Airport/Cruise, Fort Lauderdale FL

Located beside the airport. Easy to check I and out. Rooms are standard fare. Clean. Quiet. Comfy beds. The pool was nice. Pricing is fair.

Checked in and Diamond status was acknowledged. Front desk gentleman was very nice and pleasant.

Parking is $20/night self parking in the garage. There is also an attendant as you drive in to direct you.

We booked an 1 bedroom suite. Huge! Very spacious! Bed was super comfy! The couch was nice to sit on and watch tv.

Very clean and modern touches.

We will be back and recommend to others.

My flight was delayed and they let me do a 12pm checkout no problem.

Nice room, booked online got a good last minute rate. Staff was cool/helpful. Very close to the airport- hotel has a shuttle too. Good deal.

We stayed 1 night before our cruise. Was a nice hotel and perfectly close to the port and airport. Was exactly what we needed!

The hotel is in very good shape. The rooms are well-designed and clean. It's only a five minute ride to fort Lauderdale airport. I will definitely stay there again

If you need milk or something from a store you have to walk, should have some store in hotel.

KiKi's! This place was extremely good! I actually was expecting average hotel restaurant food. I was SO pleasantly surprised at the amazing flavors! Their Alfredo sauce.oh.my.gosh. I loved the Chicken Alfredo.
My sister loved her Chicken Monterey. The breading was fantastic and the rice was on que.

Called, waited, waited, called, waited, and waited some more for the shuttle. No show. Every other hotel shuttle came and went again and again. Not good service.

If you’re stuck at FLL or coming in early for a cruise, you can’t go wrong with this hotel. Big rooms, pretty new property, and reasonably priced.

Within a $10 uber ride of the airport. Friendly staff especially in the restaurant. Clean, neat and tidy rooms. The slight kicker is that there are no nearby shops or other eateries. That means the hotel food is a little high in price. Yet, it's fresh and nicely served.

Extremely slow shuttle service. Front desk not friendly or helpful. If you are looking to use the shuttle to the airport. Don’t stay at this hotel.

Check in computers whent out. That was just a start. No TV in the room. Bathroom door opened into pinch point of toilet bowl. Room was clean. That's about the only good thing. No coffee no continental breakfast. Over priced restaurant. Ect Location only no good for extended couple days.

Overall great hotel definitely a great location close to many restaurants 5 minutes or less driving distance. Able to see the planes take off and coming in all day from the terrace/pool area. Also can see the cruise ships docked. Store on level 5 is stocked with everything you can need. Amazing views all around. Stayed one night before going to the beach. Only downside is the breakfast. Waiters do not specify price when you come in I was charged $20 for buffet. I only had two strips of bacon, toast, a couple pieces of fruit and a cup of orange juice. Basic hotel breakfast that’s usually free. Also you can’t take it back to your room only can eat it in the restaurant. I had a two queen suite with sofa on 10th floor.

Absolutely not recommend it,
Receptions are so rude I spoke with it Manager, he was not helpful at all.
I have 11 month old baby, they let us wait 2 hours just to check in the hotel.

They got the money and they’re refusing to return the money back and I left the hotel I did not even stay with them.

Me and my family never going back so I do not recommend that hotel at all because they are not helpful people and also rude people.

I wish I can give them zero stars.

The rooms were good but the customer service was horrible terrible and disgraceful. We were first met with Antonio who kept hanging up the phone on us when we were calling to ask for the shuttle service from the airport.
Secondly we were met with Lorena the receptionist who was just plain rude, sarcastic and disrespectful. The way she talked to people was racist and differs from person to person. Keep in mind we are travelling with two infants, she did it care at all.
Okay hotel but due to the customer service would never go back.
