Crowne Plaza Orlando-Downtown, an IHG Hotel

We booked 2 nights this past weekend. I asked for lower floor i brought my 8 year old grandson. I told them in advance my grandson was racing a state championship bike race, Early both days all day. They put us in room 203. Right next to 2 ice machines the machines ran loud, produced ice all night long and people used the machine all hours of the night. (yet there were 10 available rooms on that floor during our stay, they could have put us in. (green signs posted on each door saying they were just sanitized). I complained twice, hotel did nothing.
The shower had luke warm water, (no hot water) bathroom floor & night table were not cleaned. (i had to clean them). So much for all the sanitary signs posted everywhere!
We hardly slept.
Considering the price of rooms & $18 a day parking fee. I wouldnt recommend this sloppy run hotel.

It was a very nice condo style living quarters. I was given an upgrade adding an entire room extra for free. The staff was wonderful, but be weary about "best pizza" because we had a 2 hour wait to pick it up and even then they forgot some of it.

This places is phenomenal! From the valet (Angel), checking in (Roberto) to dinner (Theresa). It’s been a wonderful experience. Rooms are clean and food is great. Such a refreshing experience.

The pictures are not anything like what you think you will get, what blows my mind is you have to pay $18 to park at the hotel that you are already paying for. The staff was very pleasant. Got to our room and the shower had clumps of hair in it and dust on a lot of things. Balconies are not accessible and overall the hotel isn’t very clean. 2 stars for me, will not be coming back.

Let start by saying the crowne plaza in downtown is where it's at.great hotel, they entire staff where friendly, hopeful, professional, the rooms comfortable, beds where amazing and the views. We'll be staying with them again.

Great hotel and the room was awesome too. Stayed in the king suite and it was very spacious. The great thing about this place was the food. If u stay here u have got to try the home made steak sauce for the burger. It's out of the park. Home run chef. ‍️.

If I come to Florida again I will definitely stay again and definitely coming the food as well.

Nice looking hotel and the room is lovely but the cleaning leaves something to be desired. Our shower was COVERED in long dark hair. Also no vents in the bathroom, which is fun.

Had booked 2 rooms with 2 queens per room online when we checked in they didn't have the rooms available, they were all booked although I had booked in advance. Parking was a nightmare, good luck finding space. I think it's ridiculous that you have to pay $18 per night for parking space. 3rd floor wreaked of marijuana, people up all night partying and being extremely loud. Definitely won't be back!

Parking isn't free and you can't leave your car anywhere else. Kinda messed up to charge for parking when you're already paying a room. They don't clean the rooms daily i wouldn't recommend tbh even rooms are ok but it's not even in a place where you have good views for them to act like it's a super luxurious place and you can't access the balcony even though that's the reason i paid extra overall im pretty upset i wish i had gone somewhere else

Stayed here for 3 nights. It’s clean affordable and safe walking distance to downtown. Front desk Eric talked to me like we were old friends and Jason was a big help! Would stay here again. Great workers!

Roberto and Eric at the front desk were so friendly and accommodating! I was able to check in early due to work meetings and then after enjoy the hot tub and pool in the perfect weather!

We had a wonderfully stay.

Top floor is the best.

Everyone was very professional and hotel kept very clean.

Overall ok. But I don't think I'll be back. The AC is right by the bed, less than two feet, and it's loud and shoots the cold air right to your face. Killer feature, like let's kill your sleep feature! Overall the hotel feels tired. Staff could not be nicer. That's not a problem. And it was clean.

Room was nice & friendly staff. There was a double payment issue due to the travel agent we booked through.but Roberto went out of his way to make sure it was corrected. Will definitely stay here again!

Love, love, loved it. The only place I stay when I'm in Orlando. And it's literally up the street from the down town entertainment district
