Clean. Friendly staff. People working out in the gym are supportive and nice, too. Good community.

Really enjoy how clean it is. They're constantly cleaning.

Or perhaps 15 minutes every hour?

Dishonest do not share your banking information with this company pay cash I signed up back in January before the place was even finished building then the pandemic happen I lost my job and never was able to step foot in the gym I canceled my f****** membership and even talk to the general manager but they still keep taking money out my account do not trust this company I will be leaving a complaint with the Better Business Bureau today if they're not open the date I'm going to be doing it tomorrow or Monday whatever day I can and I am calling to Hillsborough County Sheriff's to deal with this do not trust this company warning do not trust this company

Great location! Always wanted to go to crunch but there’s never been a nearby location, ended up signing up! Super friendly staff and very clean place

Areas all too crowded and not enough attendants to assist. Visitors not practicing distancing. Equipment not being sanitized after use. Didn't feel comfortable exercising at this location.

Whatever you do, don't expect a call back or any action from a manager. I have called this location multiple times and visited the location multiple times in order to discuss my cancellation due to COVID-19 and a doctor's order. I was told by a staff member to bring in a medical note from a doctor and that we would not be charged any further even though we were still within our 90 day cancellation period.

After turning in the medical note, I was told everything would be taken care of, but we were still charged for the final payment. When I called, I spoke with at least 3 different people who swore that they would "bring it to the attention of the manager" and nothing ever happened. Then, on multiple occasions either on the phone or in-person, I was told that the policy would not allow for it, and that no one should have promised that and that they apologize for the confusion.

Frankly, I would have been FINE with paying for the 90 days. When I went in asking why I was charged, they told me about the 90 day policy repeatedly, so I asked why on earth I would have gone through the trouble of getting a doctor's note (at their own recommendation) if I could have just cancelled due to their 90 day policy!

Just to add, that my wife and I NEVER (not once) activated our memberships. The only time we ever entered was to discuss cancellation due to COVID-19. We signed up during the pre-sales prior to things getting bad. At first, I was happy that they took that into account.

Today, I called again and was told the manager was in a meeting (again), but was told that they took down my number and he would definitely call back. Guess what? It never happened. To the manager of this location: due to the number of times that I have called and the number of times I have physically shown up to this location, you have a SERIOUS problem with follow-through. There is no way that you haven't heard about my account, and if you haven't, you may want to ask anyone working why you haven't.

This looks like a great gym, and I would have looked forward to signing up in the future, but you have indefinitely lost my business. I wouldn't even go there on a free guest pass at this point.

Nice gym with a good combination of machines and free weights. Temp checks when you walk in the door. Good ventilation. Cleaning and disinfecting stations throughout the gym. Locker rooms are closed between 2 - 3pm daily for deep cleaning.
Recently started working with personal trainer Kyle. He rocks!
Friendly staff overall.

I just joined and honestly really like the gym. It has high energy and the people that work out there seems to be respectful. Very little leaving weights around if at all. The amount of equipment they have is outstanding. The gym seems very clean to me and I'm not concerned about anything when I workout other than doing my part by keeping everything clean Before & After use.

They tend to be a little too high pressure with regards to selling memberships. Sometimes they don't let you know that there are 3 options for joining the gym and they show you to the most expensive option 1st. Taxes are included on a monthly basis and you are charged a $53 annual fee 60 days after joining, if I have that correctly? The most annoying thing is the fact that they close the bathroom's down from 2 to 3 pm.you are absolutely not allowed to go in and get your things or use the restroom. I understand completely what type of world we live in now and how important cleanliness But it seems to me there would be a better way? I was told that I could use the restroom next door and I'm sure the shop owner is not going to be too excited about having members of the gym stand in line for his bathrooms? I could be wrong. Those are minor complains compared to the overall feeling and vibe I get from the gym.

Disappointed with this business. During coronavirus they debited my account. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I signed up for $1 before gym opened. Opening was pushed back due to the virus. No communication when they finally opened, they inform like when you come to check in first time you will be charged from that day, they just start charging my card.
Also they charge annual fee without my consent.
So overall I have been charged for 2 month’s fee $20 plus equipment fees around $65 without any communication.specially in pandemic kind of situation.
When I call them they rudely denied for refund and not extending membership period.

Beautiful gym! I just got a crunch pass a few months ago along with a trainer and I absolutely love it. Kevin, the GM is fantastic and so nice! All of the staff goes above and beyond to make sure the sanitation standards are being followed. If you’re looking to do one of the tree classes they offer, I suggest the PunchHIIT class with J. T! Great instructor

I signed up to work out with a personal trainer. They asked me how many day and hours I wanted to attend and gave me the price for it. They sold it according to this schedule not stating this is a package price! Due to me working overnight shift I missed two classes but they still wanted me to pay in full! The days I missed class I called and tried to reschedule but the trainer I was working with was full, but according to the contract he could have signed me with a different trainer but he didn't! Total rip offff! They are so comfortable cause they know you have to pay no matter what! No make up session for what you pay! You can do better by just watching youtube videos cause my trainer didnt really care how you were doing the workout! The worst customer service I have ever seen! So sad to see a new gym with poor reviews when they recently opened I guess everyone noted the management should change is right!

Dirty. They will charge you fees fees fees that are hidden and not brought up at signing. You can only use the sauna if you pay 15 dollars more a month but then don’t enforce it or maintain.
Ruining the Crunch Brand. Go elsewhere.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with very helpful employees at this Crunch location. I am a very happy member and can't recommend them enough!

We love our local Crunch Fitness! Teana and Carlos are friendly and helpful. We are still learning our way around the gym, and we love wrapping up our workout with hydromassage—so we recommend the higher tier membership for that! They do have tanning beds, but we don’t use them. Locker rooms are really nice too.
