Crunch Fitness - Palm Beach Gardens

I was told by an employee that I wouldn’t be charged for my membership the following month. I paid the current month and didn’t use, now was charged for the following month. BRAD is the “manager” I spoke with. He clearly has zero customer service skills and hung up on me. When I called back he picked up then hung up again. After using this gym for a year and loving it I would never go back.

Great equipment but always packed, it could be the middle of the day and every rack and bench is taken. Enjoyed this gym at first but now it has turned into going to the gym and being frustrated having to wait around to use anything. Wouldn’t recommend

This gym has great equipment, but it’s so packed with people that you can’t actually use anything. They have 6 power racks which are always taken (you’ll often see people using them for random exercises like bench press and dumbbell lunges). The free weights are the same, you can never get an open bench. The turf is nice, but if you work a 9-5 and come at peak hours there is usually a class using that space, so you won’t be able to access it. The accessory machines are also lacking, there are not enough options relative to the amount of people exercising there. The equipment and the cleanliness of the space save this gym but I still would not recommend if you want to get a serious workout in.

Visited and tried using my free trial that says 7 days. Front desk individual said “na that corporate, it’s 1 day” which was fine then he asked if I been there before and I said yes a long time ago and he said “ you can’t come in that’s why it’s called trial”

Liza and Angelica are always so friendly and welcoming! Liza is always cleaning and smiling and just overall makes you feel at home. Eager to help anywhere she can. These two are the reason for such a high rating. Everything else is what you make it just like any gym.

Liars and thieves.they tell you one thing to get you in and then they charge you all this extra money. Scammers not as advertised.

All good! Great equipment, some people think they can use more than one machine at a time, but it gets pretty busy so I see that as rude, but perspective.

A lot of the paying gym members don't pick up after themselves near the equipment so there are paper towels everywhere. I do really appreciate that the gym has at least 5 squat racks but they're high-demand and it's sometimes tough to snag one. I love when they have the chocolate protein drinks stocked.

The environment here is so welcoming! Plenty of weights, machines, treadmills, classes, and even HydroMassage beds/Tanning beds!

Always clean, always great people, and great location. Tons of equipment that can be used in various ways get you workout in.

Greedy corporate gym oversold memberships to the point where the facility is almost completely unusable now. Extremely long waits for anything worth using. Often 20-30 minutes to get a bench or squat rack. Workouts that took me an hour before now take two hours or more due to wait times. Try taking care of the members you have. Absolute trash experience for anyone even remotely serious. I'll cancel the day I can without penalty. Hate this place. HATE.

Can get busy during peak hours (like any gym) but the friendly staff always makes you feel welcome. I never have an issue finding a machine or a bench that I need. Clean facilities with a lot of nice equipment and updated locker rooms.

I switch here from Planet Fitness about 5 months ago in October of 2022. Austin Gozza is my personal trainer and he has been absolutely phenomenal! He's incredibly knowledgeable about the science behind fitness and super personable with excellent instruction. Huge progress thanks to Austin going above and beyond! The equipment is also 10x better than Planet Fitness which is why I switched. Only 4 stars because the Hours are horrible at this location. 10pm closing time on Friday night and weekend hours are HORRIBLE! Needs to change for sure. Not convenient. Also, 4: 30am opening would be much better than 5am.

All of the staff is incredibly professional and approachable, one of my preferred locations in south Florida. Angi and liza always help start my workout right they give off great energy and hospitality!

How am I going to work out with so many people in the gym? I gotta wait for people to finish, and I also feel guilty hogging up on machines.
