Great service, food delicious, the best risotto in miami dale.and outstanding customer service from Jose; looking forward to coming back again and getting same server.

Absolutely amazing. In every sense, amazing food quality and flavor, timely and awesomely attentive service from our server, José. Would highly recommend and will definitely visit again. In today’s Miami it is very difficult finding a spot like this, that offers a quality experience, service and food at a popular and busy location. CRUST genuinely earned it’s 5 star review from us.

Owner is rude, me and my family were not treated with any respect while in this establishment!

Also we could hear the employees being yelled at and berated. Terrible. I do not reccommend. Take your money someone better, much better Italian restaurants in Miami than this one!

Decided to go on a last minute date with my fiancé. We live in the area and always pass by Crust on the way to work.

The location is great (only thing is parking was a bit of a struggle during the night time). The restaurant inside feels very homie and classic when you walk in. The attention from our server was awesome. We ordered waters and they were always refilled without asking.

Food was amazing, the meatballs (suggested by our waiter) were on point and very flavorful. We ordered the BBQ Chicken Pizza (one pizza was enough for us that day but it was so good you could easily order one each) and finished with cannolis which were really good as well.

Highly recommend it for a date night, family dinner or if you are trying to get the best Pizza in the Downtown/Brickell area.

From the minute you are greeted until the end of your (extremely satisfying) meal, you will wonder why you haven’t been at Crust before. Huge portions, priced as reasonably as possible. You WILL have a doggy bag! Attentive service and great atmosphere. That’s all one can and should expect from a dining experience. Crust does it all! Reserve! They are busy for a reason!

I am an air hostess with Qatar and love visiting CRUST during my layover. The service is always spot on, and the food incredibly tasty and hot! It’s just the right ambiance for unwinding and having a taste of the Miami vibe during my short visits!

We had a spectacular experience tonight at CRUST. Our server, Jose, was attentive, funny and helpful. We had a wonderful evening celebrating my husband’s birthday and Jose went out of his way to make us feel very special. Would recommend and return. The food was AMAZING and the portions are great!

We have been a very loyal patron of Crust for several years and eaten there more times than I can count (100 times) Crust deserves every positive accolade that I could convey. The food is EXCELLENT, the portions are huge, the prices are extremely fair and the service is unparalleled. We love all the waitresses, But Chris is one of our favorites. Between Anita greeting warmly at the door and Chris always providing INCREDIBLE service, Crust feels like home.

CRUST is one of my favorite restaurants! I make it a point to go every single time I visit Miami! From the minute you walk in being welcomed by owner Anita’s smile and hospitality, the service is impeccable, the food made by chef Klime is DELICIOUS - overall a TOP-NOTCH experience!

Favorites: the Shrimp Cakes and really any of the pizzas. I have had almost every item on the menu!

I am giving this restaurant 5 stars because I really liked it! I loved the ambience and the food. The prices are very good for the size of the food which is very big at least for the pastas and chicken parmigiana (just how I like it). Service by our 2nd server was good (male), the first one was a little off and not paying much attention, maybe she was having a bad day. They have a policy of ordering everything at once (appetizer, entrée and dessert) which I honestly don't understand and it feels weird like I am being rushed, but I guess it's fine. I have seen that the owner read these reviews so I'd like to give you a little constructive criticism, if you use less basil on your pasta sauce, it would be just PERFECT. Nonetheless, it is a great restaurant with great food and I will keep coming! Oh and BTW, the shot we got complimentary at the end of our meal was delicious! What is it? I am really curious

The staff here are the friendliest I have encountered in quite a long time. They are known for their pizza but I opted for their chicken parm and I was not disappointed. Be sure to grab the lemoncello cake as it was the best I've ever had!

Their signature it's definitely huge portions and excellent quality.
We usually order one appetizer, one main course, and one dessert, and we both and eat it from. Prices are great for the quality and quantity. The ambience is nice, very cozy. 100% recommended.
I plan on going every other weekend until I've tried all the menu.
So far, my most important recommendations are the octopus and the lava cake. Take a look at the pictures.

This place is absolutely awful. No respect for clients or workers. The “owner” is the most disrespectful person I’ve ever met. Extremely arrogant. Horrible experience if I could I’ll rate 0 stars.
