If I could leave 0 stars for this company I would. Worst experience with customer service I’ve ever had. Once we arrived we were set on purchasing a specific quartz slab. There was another slab similar but was not what we wanted to buy. However, there was only one slab left of the design we did not want. Cruz, the owner, kept insisting we purchase the design with one slab left and said there was no difference between that one and the one we wanted. There was a difference and we informed him we were not unstressed in the one slab. We needed two either way and liked the other design more. He kept insisting but we set apart the one we liked and made the purchase. He gave us the receipt. Fast forward to 3-4 months later, yes it took that long, we are getting the slabs installed when we realized they were two different designs and colors. The owner gave us the last slab he had left of one design and another of the design we originally wanted. The thickness of the slabs were even different so the difference was very obvious from the width of the counter top joint of one slab to the other. It was absolutely ridiculous at this point. We asked them to uninstall the slabs and take it back. We asked for a refund and never received one. We filed a complaint with the Florida Business Bureau. And since I work at a lawyers office I will be filing a contract lawsuit shortly. This type of business should not be running at all. Do not trust your money or home with these people. We had to end up with thousands of dollars less and going to a PROFESSIONAL for the job to get done correctly.
