Fantastic place for a wedding or elegant occasion. Quickdraw Records LLC provided all the music for a wedding there in February 2022. Staff was super professional, and the place was very clean. Highly recommended.

Tommy and his staff did great with the venue, every transition between the different wedding events went super smooth and I personally didn’t even notice them changing the room around that’s how efficient and on top of things they were. All the guests seemed to have a great time and experience as well, especially the lucky couple.

We highly recommend Crystal Ballroom Clearwater. They went above and beyond for my daughter's sweet 15. It was truly magical. Tommy and his staff took care of every detail, amazing people to work with. Precious my coordinator for our event absolutely amazing. Everyone was so caring and wonderful. Thank you again for making our daughter's day to remember forever.

So I’ll start out by saying the venue was pretty and looked great in our pictures. Though the flooring and ceiling in the building look rough in person. My best advice is get everything the tell you put in writing. The major problem I had was the staff. I would speak to in person or call/ email someone on their office, They never tell you there names and don’t wear name tags or anything. Then when I talk to someone else they'd have no idea what I was talking about or say I don’t know who told you that. Or say the opposite thing even though the last girl said it would be “noted in (my) file”. They would call and text me addressing me by the wrong name or just call me sweetie incessantly. Even though I am a grown woman doing business with them. They would send me emails saying I needed to pay them even though I paid in full from the beginning. The base level decoration on the table is not the best. They up charge for everything. They tried to make me do my wedding rehearsal the day OF my wedding until I argued with them on the phone and said absolutely not. And finally the bar tender was drinking drinks herself at my wedding. I just urge you to consider another inclusive venue as there are so many others in Florida, if I could go back that’s what I would do.

Yes is a beutiful place, all the staff were great very friendly.but I DONT RECOMMEND! But if you pick this place, please make sure you read everything before u sign the contract, they don't explain everything! The day of my wedding April 24 21, it was NO AIR CONDITIONING it was awful, everyone was complaining and the staff did absolutely nothing, so a lot of my guess left early because the hit, my make up got ruined it was so bad, what really got me upset was went I find out from one of the workers, that the AC was broken seen the weekend before, YES
Knowing that the AC was already broken they left it like that for my wedding, I ask to speak to the manager never call me, this is a bad business, I still thinking how hot was my wedding, is a beutiful place but very hot, we paid a lot of money for heat.

We booked crystal ballroom December 2018 and they have been wonderful since we did our tour! Was always a text away if and when had any questions. Worked well with us when we had to reschedule due to covid last year! The event coordinator Cecy went above and beyond for us and So thankful for everything she did to make the day perfect! If your dream is to have a princess wedding definitely the venue for you!

My event took place 4/3/2021 for my Baby Shower and all I have to say is "WOW". I loved everything about that day, from the decoration, to the staff. Everything went so perfect and it defiantly gave the look and elegancy that I was looking for and more. My family was beyond excited and happy and we could not have picked a better venue.
