I don't usually leave reviews, but I give credit where credit is due! Words cannot express the level of satisfaction we feel from working with the Crystal Ballroom in St. Augustine. This was the first venue we visited for our wedding and it was meant to be! From the very beginning we had an awesome connection with Kat! She was so patient, kind, knowledgeable, professional, and catered to our every need throughout the entire process. Planning for a wedding is very stressful and I can't imagine being able to do it without Kat. She assured us and guided us every step of the way; and answered every single question and concern we had (and trust me there were plenty!). Not many people can say that their wedding went off with no issues, but we're blessed to say we CAN! All thanks and kudos go to our coordinator Kat and the staff at the Crystal Ballroom. Our guests were amazed and appreciative of the hospitality and kindness provided by you guys. Even though this was a business arrangement, Kat and the Crystal Ballroom will forever hold a special place in our hearts! If you're looking for a venue for an event, look no further because you won't find better than the Crystal Ballroom!

We had our wedding on yesterday. Let just me just say, Jordan is phenomenal! She is very professional and responded to every question or concern we had along the way! She went above and beyond to ensure our day went smoothly and she definitely executed! The venue is beautiful and their entire staff is very friendly and welcoming! We had a top-of-the-line experience from start to finish with Crystal Ballroom. Cat was our starting point, and the person that we initially spoke to. Aside from the gorgeous venue, ample parking, multiple options of Decour and aesthetic, the staff had to be hands down, the absolute best group of people I have worked with in any field of customer service.after we had the opportunity to work with cat, we learned that we would be working with a new day of coordinator Carlee, I was nervous about working with Carlee because of how attentive cat was, but again, it was the entire team that was on point. My family who attended the wedding are still sending me messages about how phenomenal Carlee was in dealing with them and ensuring the event went as planned. If there were so many opportunities, that could have gone bad, but Carlee made sure everything went perfectly. Not to mention, the other staff members, the bartender, the piano player, and everyone in between were kind, friendly, flexible, and patient. It was worth every single penny. In fact, it may have been worth more. There are so many horror stories about how unpredictable the day of your wedding will be, but mine was not that way, and I guarantee it is because of the staff at Crystal Ballroom. Thank you thank you thank you so much for all of your support and your assistance making this day possible every single one of them need a raise!

I got married this past Tuesday and when i say It was the best experience, the most dreamy and the most organized - I couldn't have asked for better! It was all because of the amazing coordinators. They really kept everything together, I couldn’t thank them all enough!

Now, where do I begin? My wife and I’s experience with the Crystal Ballroom was nothing short of amazing. We booked with them in November ‘22 and married on August 4. Kat and Danielle were such an amazing pair to work with. When we started planning, Kat made everything crystal clear, and in the end we got everything we were expecting and Danielle really made the night move seamlessly. For the day of, everyone that worked our wedding was phenomenal. Gloria who made our boutonniere and bouquets did a beautiful job. Our guests had nothing but great things to say about Lee behind the bar and most of them can’t really remember so needless to say it was a great night! If we could do this night all over again, with the same exact people, we would. It truly was a night to remember!

Where do I start? !? We had our wedding here on August 26,2023 and it was literally a dream! I had the pleasure of starting out my wedding day coordination with Danielle and got to end it with Carlie! They were both amazing and really made all my wedding dreams come true! Also I cannot forgot Kat! Who was there from start to finish, literally wouldn’t have made it through this process without these ladies. All of our family and friends had nothing but beautiful things to say about the Crystal Ballroom. The entire staff that was present for our day were absolutely amazing. I wish I could relive August 26,2023, again and again! Me and Keith thank you all SO MUCH! If you are looking to have your wedding at an all-inclusive venue, I cannot recommend Crystal Ballroom enough! When we renew our vows in 10 years we will definitely be choosing Crystal Ballroom again!

Huge thanks to the entire team at the Crystal Ballroom. Carlie and Danielle were my coordinators and they were beyond supportive. Communication was very punctual and they were very detail oriented and nailed the vision I had for my wedding. The day of is so hectic and flew by but Carlie was right by my side the entire time ensuring I was okay and that we executed on the wedding aspects that were most important to me and my husband. The entire staff is friendly and a joy to work with. I would highly recommend booking this venue. So much comes included in the prices when compared to other venues and the location is very convenient. All my guest stayed on property and there’s a Costco across the street. Thank you Carlie and the entire Crystal Ballroom St. Augustine staff for making my wedding day a wild success.

The Crystal Ballroom Exceeded all of our expectations. We live in Illinois and chose this location after attending a wedding at another Crystal Ballroom location. All the staff were exceptionally helpful and accommodating even after the wedding. If you're contemplating on venue do not hesitate this is it.

The crystal ballroom made our dream wedding come true. Kat was super attentive through the whole planning process. She was quick to respond and was super helpful and made the process so much easier. By far the most elegant and cleanest venue I've ever experienced for a Wedding, Kathy (Kat) was THE BOMB, she made us feel like royalty everything went as expected, the team of helpers fell right in line and assisted us as needed. Marvelous

If you are looking Elegance, Organization, and a good time with no worries this is the venue for you. My coordinator was Danielle and she was awesome she made sure everything was just how i wanted it and walked me through everything thoroughly if i ever had a question she was one call/text away, you did not have to look for her on the day of because she was right there and the staff was nice and always there if u needed them. My wedding was flawless absolutely jaw dropping, No regrets at all and highly recommended. #TheWheelers
