I have Been here 3 times and every single time I’ve been here, it’s been quite a disappointment. Over 1 hour wait inside. Veterinary doesn’t not even like to see my dog. She doesn’t seem to even want to be a vet, but just insults the breed.

She refused to see my dog last week, recommended me medication that will work costing me 60$. I came back the next week and they said they would need to sedate him just to do shots. I am in utter shock when you can sedate my dog but you cannot give him a vaccine after telling me the medication will work. They wanted me to pay them 165$ to sedate to do his annual check up. This place is a waste of time, they do not care about you or your dog.

I would not be coming back to this vet. Basically takes half a day just to be seen … and their excuses are pet emergencies every time I’ve been here …

Don’t go here. The female vet isn’t nice, you can tell this vet is all about money, by forcing things you said you didn’t want, on your bill in hopes you just pay for them. If I say I don’t want something for my dog, I don’t want it. She pushed a lot of things on me that I didn’t agree with or want or need, and she also discredited my breeder. She also made rude comments about how my “breed” belongs on a farm, insinuating I shouldn’t own that breed. I know you’re the vet, but I’m the owner. There are plenty of other great vets around in Orlando. The office was empty, nobody there, and it took 45 minutes to be seen. That’s the first vet I’ve ever had that I didn’t like. Don’t recommend at all.

Amazing people, they took fantastic care of our cat when we had to bring him in, and have been fantastic with our new dog as well!

I love to take my babies here I can always trust Jose to do an amazing job here are some before and after although yes I get mini trims but I can’t trust Jose to follow my exact instructions and know I’ll get the results I want

My experience with you was terrible, i make an appointment with a doctor and they bring another, they make you wait more than an hour and then the vet says he is going to check the results of an exam and he doesn't even come to talk about how is my dog, they send another person who has no idea, they treat animals as objects and not as part of the family, they should be ashamed, friends, do not put your pets in this people hands.

Wow! This place has really changed. I have been bringing my dogs here for a few years and never had issues. Today I arrived early for my appt and after waiting almost 1hr in waiting room. I get put in a room then 20 min later the vet comes in and not very knowledgeable or professional (I am a medical provider and what he said made no sense) takes cultures from my dogs ears and disappears. 20 more minutes I had to get a manager to help
get me out of there. I had to come back for medications and no instructions were ever given. Manager did not even show any care for what happened they just rushed me out. $250 for 5 min of work. Incredible. Needless to say I won’t be back.

Always great service and accommodating has taken really good care of my dog. She had pancreatitis and he changed her diet and fixed everything. He could’ve charged a lot of money for sonograms, but gave us a choice to try some different food and it turned her right around.
He always done the right thing by us.

I’m so grateful for Crystal Creek during these past few months as my shih-poo came down with chronic pancreatitis. While sometimes there are wait times and it’s tough to be patient while your pet is not feeling well, I’m just happy they are always able to fit me in.

The staff is always kind and very thorough. They don’t add on unnecessary things either which I truly appreciate.

Hopefully we won’t be frequent flyers going forward …. But I seriously can’t thank your entire staff enough for the amount of empathy and kindness we received when dealing with our dog being sick.

My doggie Luna feels at ease when she comes for her visits. They are very flexible for urgent appointments and have great care.

Excellent place to take your dogs, they are friendly, they are careful, they trim their hair beautifully, and the people who welcome you are very diligent and agile.

Brought my new puppy there for his rounds of vaccines. Friendly staff and atmosphere! Will def be back.

The overall wait time at this facility is a bit absurd, I have had a few instances where the front desk personnel has been rude and have spoken to me with an attitude. The doctor is always very informative which I highly appreciate.

It is a very good place to take your pet, my dog ​​has been there since she was little and it has been a good experience!

Service has become terrible. Wait times are longer than ever so I don’t understand the reason for appointments. New vet they have called my puppies saliva disgusting and I would hardly call the 5 second look she gave my dog an exam. Years ago I would have never expected this kind of service from Crystal Creek. I gave this place too many chances already and won’t be coming back.

We only picked up our rescue from there, she was there for spaying.they seem busy, it looks clean. Only thing is, well, desk is kind of standoffish and doesn't acknowledge you. Immediately makes me feel as if I'm interrupting something. Made us feel kinda uncomfortable.
Edit. After receiving all the paperwork, they did a thorough job caring for our new family member.

I was here only as the driver for my niece. She had an appointment to get the dogs nails trimmed.
My overall opinion was the facilty was clean, staff was very nice, appointment was fast.

Don’t waste your time on this Vet, they would give you and appointment and call you 2 hours after that. The reason they do this is because they just want your $$$. They don’t really care for your animals
