Crystal Lake Coin Laundry, Pompano Beach FL

The employees here are terrible. They are rude, disrespectful, and always assume that the customers are lying or cheating them out of money. Half the machines are always out of order. The whole place is always dirty and poor looking. I've been going there for 21 years of my life. If it wasn't for the fact that their washers and dryers are more affordable then most laundry houses I would've been left, especially because of the poor customer service, it has never change. I don't even know who is the manager or owner of the place smh to give a formal complaint. Oh and you never know what time they close because each employee has their own time that they close. Today the white lady told me 8: 15pm last time one of the black ladies told me 9pm. One of the ladies that used to work there told me that they are all lying and that they're supposed to close at 11pm.

I came at 6: 27pm and the door was already locked. On the window it says last wash it as 7 pm but she refused to let me in even though people were in there washing. Smh I’m so sick and tired of this laundry mat. Where is management? How is it that these people are getting away with this? I waste my gas and time to drive over here just to be turned away. It’s not fair.

The older African American couple are the reason that I go there. So friendly, go out of there way to help regular customers, helps you find the best machines, etc. The three stars are for the slim caucasian woman who works in the afternoon. I told her to come see that the dryer did not work after i put $1.50 in it and the cycle finished. I asked her if she could do anything she said no, im like wth. Standing around gossiping and smoking cigarretes and not willing to help me after her raggedy machine robbed me.

Very dirty and barely anything works. Just nasty and few things that do work may ruin ur clothes.

1/31/18 was at this laundry the night before they had hot water now there is no hot water in the morning time I believe the day turn the hot water off spoke with the owner face-to-face and he said he do not have time right now if I was from a different race he would of handling it a different way owner is very unprofessional and spoke very rudely

5 stars for affordable price subtract 3 for lack of cleanliness, constant out of order machines and dryers that don't get hot even though you don't put up a sign stating it, causing me to waste money as well as the inconvenient closing times (whatever that true time is)

Worst Experience of a lifetime. I have been coming to this laundry mat for 3 years now and I can sincerely say that 5/24/17 will be my last time coming to this laundry mat. The laundry mat closes at 9 ish, 10pm latest. I got to the laundry mat at 8pm and Ronda say they were close and she went ahead and lock the front door to make sure I didn't get in. And it was storming outside and I was unable to get back to my car with the storm. All my clothes were out and the storm messed up most of my clothes. What makes it so degrading is that Ronda refused to open the door and just looked on while I was getting drenched outside at 8pm, mind you the laundry mat closes around 10 and there was alot of people still in there. Overall what she did was immorale and I rather pay 10x more to wash my clothes then to ever walk into that laundry mat ever again. Thank you for the most horrible experience of my life Ronda.

THE PLACE NEEDS A GOOD DUSTING AND CLEANING, AND PAINT THE WALLS, AN A COMPLETE MAKE OVER, OTHER WISE WASHERS AND DRYERS WORK, AND WASN'T BUSY

Chris is the best always very helpful and makes my experience washing fun. She is always smiling and helping others.

This place is clean and the wash and dry is cheep. And when you need help ask the lady that works there she is nice she well help you.
