Crystal Nail Spa reviews
7This is our go to place for nails and pedi’s. Kim does great nails. You won’t be disappointed!
Not a terrible place to get your nails done but if you don’t like being overcharged then don’t go here. Paid $70 for a full set/soak off. Here was the breakdown as written by the desk clerk. $48 for full set. $7 for colored powder (regular acrylic was not offered to me. I was just asked what color powder I wanted), $5 for the particular shape I got, $5 for nail take off, and get this, additional $5 for clear gel top coat. Clear top coat? ! They also said my nails were long. Here is a picture of my $70 basic nails.
I've gotten pedicures here for years so am sad that I'm forced to find a new place for pedicures. The last few visits have been rushed. Today I was cut TWICE on TWO toes within a minute from the nail file by the technician who wasn't payng attention to what she was doing. Lots of bleeding, and now my toes are hurting and I have wounds. She apologized and I know it was an accident, but I'm still bleeding. I'm tired of them rushing so much. Take better care of your customers!
I've been to this place a handful of times over the last year and they've always done a fabulous job. Ive had a gel mani, pedi, and full set. All very durable and lasted a great amount of time. Highly recommend.
Highly recommend for great services, cleanliness, facilities, and staff. Went a few days ago for the first time since lockdown. I was happy to see the same technicians I've had for years. I had an excellent pedicure sitting in one of their new chairs, then basic manicure and total facial wax. This is not a high-end spa (I've only had wine once, for instance, though they always ask, but it was off-the-shelf stuff; no robes, etc.) But as a local, I appreciate the great job they do with consistent staff. I sense this is a solid place business with good management fostering a team environment. Means a lot to me. I rarely make an appointment and I've never had to wait but a few minutes; most of the time I'm taken care of right away.
Just had a regular manicure a 1/2 an hour ago. This is how they dried. Friendly staff, just not sure why my nails look like this.
