Crystal Nails, Margate FL

Not sure if he is the owner or manager but he was disgustingly rude to me and another customer. I left, but he proceeded to be rude to the other customer. Talking down to her like trash. Take your money else where. And its dirty and nasty.

Worst nail salon I went back for them to correct there bad pedicure and the still could not do it. The best nail salon is Crystall nails in Tamarac. I will wait untill the reopen.

Amazing service, Tony and his crew is the best, I leave all the way from boca to get my nails done. Customer service is great and they always make me feel welcome. They are great. The place is so clean. Lula always does a amazing job with my toes and eyebrows.

I came in to get my nails done on February 19th around 6pm for a full set, i sat with Toni and asked him to see some of his work, he instantly caught a Attitude and was saying “you don’t have to get them done if you don’t like it” after looking at the pictures for 2 mins! I don’t understand why he was mad because I wanted to SEE HIS WORK FIRST. He refused my to do my nails which is unprofessional.

I wanted to wait a few weeks before posting any reviews. My nails passed the 3 weeks test. Lina did a great job!
I went there to get the dip (Nexgen) and was a bit hesitant because at other salons I would always end up with these thick nails. Lina was very receptive about the shape that I wanted and she was very careful. The final result was great, my nails are finally looking thin and not bulky. I love them!
The salon is very clean and people there are friendly. Health protocols are respected.

Tony is my go to nail guy! He does a great job! Nancy is my go to person for pedicures! I always call to make an appt ahead of time, there’s never a long wait.

If i could give 0 stars I would. I went in for a gel pedicure first they told me it was $40 I said ok that's odd because other places charge less they kept going back n forth with me n then i just said ok it was already late. Their pedicure is $20 and i guess to get gel is an additional $20.makes no sense! The lady kept messing up my nails she would use the machine n rub some of the polish off eventually she got it right. I asked her if i will ever get my massage that came with the pedicure she literally rubbed lotion on my legs and said thats it.then when it was time to pay my bf tipped them $10. I told her the tip was for both of us n she deliberately went ahead n charged my card an additional $10 then acted like she didnt know what she did. Never returning garbage service garbage experience!

I love it here. They make sure your nails are perfect before checking out. Clean and friendly environment.

My experience has gone from bad, to worse and now horrible. The only nail tech here who knows what they're doing is julie. Hence the only reason I would come, and it's 4 minutes from my house. But the male tech insisted on taking me the last 3 times I came. When I asked for a change in color and requested julie, he said she doesn't do that.:/
Any thing I want he will make excuses as to why it can't be done. When really he's just lazy and would rather do a basic gel coat or french. My last visit I come for a full set, and request a female. Mind you the female working, I've had do my nails before. And the specific responsored given was " she doesn't do whatever it is you want". I'm done
