The lady who did my pedi did an ok job. The place wasn't the cleanest, and the brush she used to scrub my toes had seen better days.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! Everyone had attitude, they werent listening to our request, terrible aura. We were simply asking for the little basics and they couldn’t even provide that. I do not recommend at all.

ZERO Star! RUDE! UNCIVIL! I be wondering why it’s always empty in there it’s cause their customer service is horrible. They’re lazy & talk trash about the customers!

Never again, worse customer service very rude & nasty people then to make things worse my nails not done correctly, it’s acrylic caked up under the nail that feels uncomfortable, the nails barely straight, and started to break after a couple days

I’ve been going to the Nail Salon for about 2years always used Tiffany or David (Excellent Techs) can duplicate any design. However, these last few months 2022. Tiffany always seems to be too busy (RUDE, TALKS ABOUT CLIENTS TO OTHER CLIENTS GETTING SERVICED) and David lately has been Very RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL upon me asking for service WITHOUT reason. I went in the the Salon Friday to not ONLY be TALKED (VIETAMESE) about and HE REFUSED SERVICING ME … I used another tech and REALIZED that my MONEY can be SPENT ELSEWHERE! I will no longer PATRONIZE CRYSTAL NAILS…. And, these FOREIGNERS come to our COMMUNITIES and be VERY RUDE! And, we still PATRONIZE them and make their POCKETS FATTER! Had, I not been mistreated I would still be a CLIENT BUT, I have overlooked the DISRESPECT WAY TOO LONG! David sits in the 3rd Row first chair….

Jay the first nail booth to your right as you enter the nail salon is awesome tell him Andrea sent you he will make sure you leave happy every time!

Bad Customer Service, I tells the guy my nails cut wrong he catch a attitude! All I asked is to fix it. He starts talking to me like I am his kid, Excuse me who you talking too take them off. My money doesn’t grow on trees

Looks bad and messy. Guy who did my nails tor my old ones off which damaged and peeled my natural nail. Last three I had to make him soak, because it hurt. Was very ruff on my nails. Left white stuff under my nails that won't come off.

Finally thought I found someone who van shape my nails exactly how I want it. But they tell me 15 minutes and I sat there for an hour. They won't take appointments over the phone and then today I come in I just asked how long for my specific nail tech and main guy at the front chair kept saying soon. When some ask you how long is "soon" and you respond with the "soons" again, that's not the proper answer. Customer lost.

Great place to be …. Very professional the technicians Pleasant …. The salon is beautiful place to be.

Very Good service depends on what your getting. I didn't get eyebrows done here I did not like how my mom brows turned out but excellent service from the 2 younger men there

I wouldn’t get my feet done here if it was for FREE!
And the acrylic work, is horrible… these ppl can’t shape or paint your nails correctly. Save your time and money. You’re better off getting press ons!

Jay does a good job. Sometimes the nail may lift but it’s because I get them long so when u hit something it lifts up. I love the way they do feet it lasts long the ladies are a go to.

So today was my very first time stepping into this nail shop. Most of my girlfriends go to the shop and have been raving on and on about them, so I took a chance today and was very satisfied with Mia's service! She took her time and made sure that she did my nails exactly how I wanted them! I highly recommend her!

IF You decide to go to this place **ASK for TONY** I went with him for a full acrylic with gel polish.he did a great job

I was a little doubtful to go to this place due to some of the past bad reviews… HOWEVER, I ended up going and I left very satisfied.

Btw the red marks on my nail skin was already there

Let me start by saying Mia has been the best tech I've had. So went today to do a pedicure and worst pedicure I've had. THE guy didn't care that I kept telling him to cut my toe nail because it was split in half. Then he did a horrible job at scrubbing my feet. My feet had soft and rough spots. When I mentioned this the guy told me to come back in 2 weeks. I came home to fix his mess. I don't think its fair to pay for a service that I'm not satisfied with and that they refuse to fix.

This used to be my favorite nail place. But, it has changed tremendously in the last few months. They are not organized at all. There are no appointment so every time I go, the wait is over 45 minutes (weekday or weekend alike). They do not ask who is next. They serve clients in whatever order they please. I unfortunately had to start going somewhere else (after 2 years) because their unprofessionalism has become unacceptable.

Jay in the front is excellent with the full set he did. Tony did my pedi and he was great as well, he listened to my preferences and made me a very happy gal! Only giving 4/5 stars because overall customer service could be better. Be kind and respectful to all clients or prospective clients, regardless of what's happening in your personal lives or what happened between you and other clients, prior to me walking into your establishment.
Will be visiting anytime I'm in Miami though!
