4Can I do less than 1 Star? Been with them for 20 years and haven’t had a delivery in weeks, was told they’re busy, well I’m busy too, so goodbye
Did business with them for a few years. Then they just would not deliver. Kept emailing me, delivery delayed until tomorrow. And no matter where I go in town there is no water from these people on the shelf. Just communicate if your having a hard time or something. But leaving people in limbo is not the way to do business. Other than communication they were great.
Worst company dont use them - have not had water delivered since June but they still charge for the cooler - i get notified will be delivering then on day of delivery get email cannot make it - horrible service
We got a new water machine and the took the old one away, despite asking them EVERY time we get a bill to take it off, they have been billing us $30 a month for the one we don't have, going on 6+ months
