Best Holiday season ever I have been a resident at Crystal Springs Estates for two years so far & I love it so much not only did sign another lease with them but it was for a bigger home. Betty & Kendall made the transition so easy and amazingly quick. They were eager to help & were both super kind. I am a mother to two young men with autism, so honestly this was an amazing Christmas gift for our family. My boys were so happy on Christmas. If you’re looking for a nice, quiet, well kept community to call home, I highly recommend Yes Communities homes.

Jordan and her staff are amazing! They were very helpful during the move in process. We enjoy how quiet and peaceful the neighborhood is.

I’m a brand new resident that just signed my lease so I’ll update this review at a later date. But the move in process was great. I worked with Jordan and she was just the best! The grounds are beautifully maintained and so far the staff have been wonderful.

Hello there, does my lot fee include maintenance repairs on my house? A side of my home needs a touch- up. Also, why am I being charged so much for a lot fee?

I would like to say, I could not wait to be part of this community after seeing the professionalism of Jordan, Betty and Kendall. The empathy they showed me and my family processing our approval for our new home was above and beyond any customer care I have ever received in a process of moving. Moving in the first place is so hard and stressful and they all 3 made it calming and put us at ease that we were well taken care of for any questions or issues that could come up. Jordan was very eager to help me with questions on messenger upto 9pm during her off hours.

Jordan and her staff are top notch at what they do. We enjoy the quiet neighborhood, prompt service from office/maintenance staff, and the experience from living in this community.

I've lived here for 3 and a half years and it's been the worst experience when it comes to the staff and even the higher up staff. They don't care about there renters problems. I have records of asking them to fix things and they always say there gonna do it but never do so I have 3 sinks that leak because of this issue. The worst part is it was over a year ago when I first reported the problem. They went up $200 after my first year. Said I didn't sign a new lease so they had to add $200 a month because I was being put on month to month. The next year they went up $250 a month because (THE LEASE I NEVER SIGNED WAS UP) so again there putting me on month to month. They do nothing but lie about everything. I've asked for a copy of the LEASE I NEVER SIGNED AND THEY CANT SHOW ME ONE)! THE WONT RETURN MY CALLS AND IM FED UP so Lawyer is very exciting about taking this case because it will be an easy win. Moral of the story is I had a terrible experience with everything this place has to offer and the worst thing is I keep to myself and don't bother anyone and they can't act professional and do there part. Is sad really really sad!

Last Thursday during a storm a large limb broke off a Pine tree and it was hung up in the tree. The tree was between my shed and the neighbor's house. We reported the situation to the office. Today a tree crew came and removed the broken limb. They did a great job.

I lived in Crystal Spring for a year and was a great expirience. If you want to live in a clean, quite and safe place this is the place! I had any issue with my house, very updated and beautiful home. I moved out because I needed a bigger place. Great job Chris and Noah! Thank you!
