I want to personally thank Jahniyah, Nadia, Hariel, Elizabeth and Charlene for the amazing service I received. These ladies are what make this company great and thriving. I couldn’t have had a better first time donation experience thanks to their kindness, patience and professionalism 10/10 would recommend

They are the worst with customer services and they treat people like they are garbage I would not recommend coming here staff in front and nurse are absolutely disrespectful

You call and ask questions and they'll give you an answer but when you get there they will give you a whole different answer then what they give you on the phone

Place sucks, needs better everything, flow, employees, time management. FREAKING something! Also. CAN YALL PLEASE CLEAN OR FIX MENS TOILET ROOM? I've slipped and almost fell and week after week the mens bathroom floor is nasty and ALWAYS flooded on the floor

As someone who has visited more than one plasma donation company, I’ve had my experiences to say the least. Every other company (prior to this one and, in particular, this location) has operated like a run-of-the-mill postal mailroom; placing absolutely zero urgency or personal attention to the clients as if we are nothing but the ‘daily mail’ that, regardless of the days ‘happenings’, will be there tomorrow on the same mindless ‘assembly line. ’

To my pleasure, that was not the case today. Both Margarita and Nestuin, we urgent, efficient, professional as well as extremely engaging. Even in such scheduled and systematic environment they both made it ok to engage and laugh. Other companies should try it.

Please people don't go to that company. They have a stupidly wrong policy.
Very radical in their initial survey questions.
They are very closed in understanding any misunderstood.
They treated me badly, and they gave me a lot of problems because of my vaccinations. It's a nasty company.better go to the competition

Short Hispanic lady on the floor tonight that works here Is very rude. Shouldn’t be working with people at all.

Can’t even answer the phone and didn’t even tell me that I had to do a protein test so I couldn’t donate. Also very disappointed the way we get treated as a platinum donor, saying we abuse it

This place is predatory. They tend to mess around with the payments and not properly notify donors. Their most recent shenanigan is to reduce the amount they pay donors. Inflation has our costs up 30% but they are paying donors less. What’s more even though they have phone and emails for donors, they make the changes without notifying people.

This was the last straw. This is a terrible company. There much better options such as Octapharma who has started paying more, Biolife, which pays more and takes reservations, OneBlood and BPL.

I used to think that CSL was good, but their management is exploiting donors and that is not acceptable. I highly suggest going elsewhere!

Don't go on Wednesdays.absolutly unprofessional, lazy, rude. Ive been donating for years.first and last time at this location. Do yourself a favor and don't go.lazy and rude.

I’m tired of coming to donate and face such long lines. I had a really good experience at another plasma center that had a scheduling system to avoid lines. Unfortunately, when I moved back to Tampa that wasn’t an option for me anymore. If you are planing on donating at CSL, you better have nothing else to do and don’t mind standing for hours.

Going back in time, no one pays you based on weight anymore. That's discrimination.and making people stand in line to do vitals is a recipe for disaster. How can you pass when your aggravated from standing in line for over an hour to get checked. Staff basically acts like your annoying them coming in. There terrible at poking you too. I've never been bruised donating until here. Bad business and bad attitude. Csl corporate should really get involved. Security is creepy.just watching you from the distance constantly. I'll go back to my old plasma location and never look back.

I got a bruise from being stuck wrong in both arms.a big bruise.never giving plasma again!

YOU REALLY NEED TO GO BACK TO THE OLD SYSTEM. HOW ARE YOU GOING TO TELL ME WHEN THE WEEK STARTS AND STOPS? IF I GO ON A THURSDAY AND I HAVENT BEEN IN MONTHS THEN MY WEEK SHOULD NOT END ON A SUNDAY (3 DAYS LATER).
THIS HAS GOT TO BE STRESSFUL FOR YOUR STAFF, I CAN JUST IMAGINE HOW YOUR SUNDAYS ARE IF THAT IS E-V-E-R-Y-O-N-E-S LAST DAY, EVEN IF THEY WENT 2 DAYS AGO.

Every time u come here they make it so complicated just to donate and the floor lady yala is a flat out liar when we went to the office to talk about my bruise she tried to juice up her story by saying I wasn’t only rude to her but the
Phlebotomist who trying to take my blood when I asked her in front of everyone if I was rude to her she said no I said ok thank u and left! That yala lady was dying to put notes on my account bcus I called her out on her lie and wasn’t going to let her talk down to me I’m an adult not her child
