I have to give Brittany and Tahj some recognition. Both of them are always so professional. Britney is so nice, well informed and always helpful. Tahj is very good at his job, I never see him lose his temper. Just professional all the way around

Hey I came in today Absolutely horrid service, stood in a line for 3 hrs because the workers refused to call the next donor, all of them just stood in a circle and proceeded to talk and not work. Would not recommend

Sat in the donor lobby while waiting for a donor. It was completely empty and the rude front desk staff asked me to move to the departure lounge that does not even have proper seats.

I love Kimberly and Christy, who take vitals. It's always a pleasure to interact with them.

Just writing this review to say how wonderful Christy is lol! The rest of the staff is very friendly too!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Under staffed and poor customer service by Stephanie, the manager and the Islamic medical attendant. After waiting in line for 4.5 hrs, I was on the phone talking to my ride outside of medical to give them an update letting them know how much longer it was going to take. The manager came over and asked me to leave or she was going to call the cops and have me trespassed. I asked why and she said because I was complaining about the wait time and service. I told her I was having a private conversation with the person outside waiting on me giving them an update. She said you need to come back tomorrow or I'm calling the cops and trespass me. I told her that wasn't right and again threatened me with trespass and calling the cops.

I have NEVER been treated like such trash by someone in that position. These CSL donation centers are all the same. A similar situation happened in Lakeland when I asked another person in line how long they have been waiting and an employee doing vitals jumped up saying can I help you. Again they got a manager to trespass me for asking another person about the wait time. Ridiculous!

Find a better donation center. These people take all their frustrations out on the people having to deal with their disrespect. They are allowed to talk to you anyway they like, but as soon as you try to defend yourself they trespass you.

Love it have a good rotation pattern in nd out Senior center manager Ashely is awesome and works hard to get patients in and out. And really pretty lol but all jokes aside well organized and the staff are amazing.

Told me I was getting $100 on the app, drove across town to donate and got 65.

Showed up last week to donate at 6: 55, again drove across town and the employee told security not to let us inside. Will never be returning here, I’ll go to CSL Brandon

Writing this review just to give Christy kudos. Extremely kind and friendly, she clearly goes above and beyond to give everyone a great screening experience. I’ve never smiled and laughed during my screening before! Amazing patient rapport.

The whole staff is great but Kimberly (screening) and Lala standout. They are quick and efficient but also kind and friendly. Thank you!

So I’m still in the donor line as I write this, but being a donor coming from the east Fowler location (absolutely horrible place) and then coming here has been a breath of fresh air. Everyone here takes pride in their work and actually want to help you. And by heavens Ms. Gwendolyn was the best experience of it all. She is the nicest lady I have ever met through all my donation history. She is that type of person that everyone working with her should strive to be (not saying they aren’t great also) but she is one that goes above and beyond. From wishing me to have a great donation to genuinely making me smile and just having real conversation with me, it was all so welcoming. This is definitely going to be my new plasma home. Thank you guys! AND THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN MS. GWENDOLYN

Refreshingly pleasant and professional staff that make an otherwise complicated experience easy.

Hasn't been the same since John left. It's sad one person make such a big difference. Customer Service has dropped, efficiency decreased and just overall standard has fell. Used to be a pleasant experience with friendly customer service not anymore. Leadership definitely makes a big difference.

It's super convenient. Even though the pay is a little less than some others, I value the time I save getting in and out more. Julia is my favorite. Always a smile even when it's busy. Center is even better with Ashley managing, she is always on the floor helping!

I TRULY RECOMMEND THIS AREA! SUPER FAST SERVICE!
The staffs are the best and will go about their way to make the environment so comfortable.
I enjoy how they make everyone "FEEL LIKE FAMILY".
