All the people I worked with were very knowledgable and very friendly. The experience was quick and painless throuhout the process. I also got immediate responses to all the qustions I had, which is sometimes rare these days.

Jason and Alec made this experience the easiest it's ever been when purchasing a home! They were both very efficient and on top of everything. I had no stress this time around about anything.

Great interest rate. A little difficult to send all he information requested. Then to have to send it all over again rather than CTC mortgage coordinating it all. Everything was on schedule even with day before requests.

Initially and throughout the process, customer service was excellent with everyone assigned to me.
It was not until the last week where everything positive I experienced with CTC went downhill. On multiple occasions, I followed up with Lauren/Pilar to see if everything was in line and if additional information was needed. The green light was given and despite given the green light, I still followed up just to ensure. However, on the day of closing, my closing appointment was moved to a later time that same day without no request for any documents or advising that there was any issue. At my revised closing appointment, I was ready and at the location but at 4: 05 PM I finally got a request to submit additional documents when that could have been addressed earlier in the days/or weeks just to avoid the issue. The closing date was cancelled and to be determined. After multiple follow ups the following day, there was still no clear date/time when closing was to be held. Fortunately at the last minute I was advised on a time and finally closed.
I was on a tight schedule and was under unneeded stress that could have been prevented if CTC was transparent when it was time to close.

I could not believe the ease of use process.if you are prepaid they are ready to handle your mortgage loan.
