I really wouldn't give it a star, but to write I have to give it something, it's the first time I've gone to this office, I just asked something and the employees were super unpleasant, moody and the response was in the form of abuse. I don't recommend this office at all, I went to 40 and 67 SW and the wonderful girls immediately helped me, very friendly and at all times trying to help and give me solutions there I recommend 100 percent Excellent service!

If I could I wouldn't give them even half a star.
This office is possibly the worst of all in Miami.

The staff that works there makes you feel like you are a prisoner in a police station in Cuba, after having been arrested for shouting down communism.
The employees look like rabid hyenas, eager to jump down your neck to tear off every strip of skin.

The reviews about this place are horrible and it seems that no one cares, because they do nothing to improve the bad service and the horrible attention they give to the public!

Then they delivered my product 3 months after my purchase (Camagüey province) without previously contacting my relatives, they arrived on a Saturday at 10 PM without prior notice, the product they delivered (an electric bicycle) came with some keys that they did not belong to him. Then came the odyssey of changing the bike, I must say that in this part they were a little quicker in their response, but it was still a tiring process because I had to insist on asking for information so that they would give it to me. THE ONLY THING REMARKABLE ABOUT THIS WHOLE PROCESS AND WHICH I WANT TO EVALUATE WITH A 5 STARS, IS THE ATTENTION, TREATMENT, CORDIALITY, KNOWLEDGE OF HIS WORK, OF YOSIEL, THE PERSON IN CHARGE OF ASSEMBLY IN HAVANA AND DELIVERY IN THE WESTERN ZONE. THANKS TO HIM FOR ALL HIS HELP AND KINDNESS. I have been a good client for almost a year now, sending packages with CubaMax but lately it has been leaving a lot to be desired with the delivery time. Says. Q 30 to 45 days and it does not arrive in that time and you call to ask, they treat you in a bad way as if they were doing you a favor, perhaps it is not their job, and they do not even offer an apology. I think they should improve customer service. That's a business.
