Nice place. Great customer service. The lady at the counter makes the juice in the store. Passionfruit and watermelon. I got the rice, beans and brisket on top. The plantains are very tasty.the grills are right behind the counter.so they cook a lot of the food on site.nothing fake about it.

The speed the food is done in is amazing. Staff very friendly, food is delicious and all done very fast. I have ordered breakfast, as well as during lunch and dinner hours and it’s equally fast.

Good place to get food fast and my new go to for steak sandwiches, and I love love love the yuca fries. Highly recommend!

Nice place and very tasty sandwiches.

A bit expensive for what you get: 2 sandwiches with extra filet + 2 regular drinks got close to 55 dollars (including tip+tax)
When we visited the place there was a strong smell to cooking oil in the ambient which ended up sticking to our clothes. There also was a loud alarm ringing each 2 to 3 minutes. It was a bit annoying and did not let us enjoy the dinner.
Nice place if you're able to ignore those 2 details. Next time might better order to take away. Thanks!

We had the Cuban bowl with pulled pork, and the Vaca frita sandwich. Both were so dang tasty! The bowl had a very generous portion of pork (with lots of garlic), perfect rice & beans, and 3 maduro plantains to sweeten your palate (ps. I asked for no onions). The bread was fresh; the crispy string fries inside the sandwich added a nice crunch to every bite. The service was friendly and attentive. The place was clean and welcoming. Don't miss this hidden gem!

Without a doubt the best ristorante in the area. As in Italian homes, we feel that this establishment emphasizes the pleasure of eating and sharing with the family while pleasing your senses.

I ordered a steak sangawich. Single or double? Never been asked that before. I thought of every steak sandwich I've ordered and thought one single Palomilla steak should be enough. ($8+ vs $10+). I paid and went to the back where the guys were cooking my steak. It looked like a steak yum. I asked the cook if that was Palomilla and he said yea. Hum, again, never seen that before. So i went back and ordered the second steak. Ready to pay$2 extra.the girl didn't find the button for a second steak. Another guy told her to just press this and that and the charge came up. She said $4+. Stand by. The menu says 8 vs 10, it should be $2. The guy rudely said that's the price. I asked him to refund my card and recharge me for the 2 pieces. He said he couldn't. Can't do that! I was confused. I paid and ate the sangawich. I was passed but wasn't in the mood to argue and go somewhere else. Food is OK. Sangawich is big but I will not be coming here again. There are too many places for this sangawich in this town. Don't need the drama. Sorry.

Great atmosphere and service. Also, a big plus for me is A/C felt nice and cool. The ladies room was very clean too. Next time we go back we are going to try the food.

I have come here many times in the past and it was always fantastic food but this time my Medianoche was obviously made with old nasty pulled pork from a few days ago. I couldn’t even eat the sandwich so I just threw it away. The corn fritters were good though. Very disappointed. I don’t know why great restaurants cut corners and sacrifice the quality of the food to save a little time and money. Sad

Placed my order online, site is user friendly and it was ready at the time they said it would!
