Liz and Jeremy were great. Everything with moving truck, scheduling around work, and storage move in date was up in the air. Both them helped me painlessly navigate through it all, even switching to a larger unit last minute.

My education and experience is in services marketing and you have two people in Liz & Jeremy that represent Cubesmart very well. I was thrilled with the quality of the experience and their service.

The whole experience has been good so far online set up was easy when I had questions the staff has been friendly. The only downside is the carts they have to help you are terrible and need to be replaced other than that it’s been great!

The customer service at this location is incredible! Elizabeth has been amazing and helped me tremendously through the process.i highly recommend this location

Terrible service. Dirty property. Office often unattended. Price hikes that far exceed any cost-of-living increases.
Despite my repeated requests, obstinate clerk Liz Rojas refused to allow me to access my storage locker. She unilaterally and illegally "deleted me from the system" despite my being paid up-to-date (with 6 years perfect payment record). She blatently lied about trying to contact me.
Do not use CubeSmart! There are better and much cheaper alternatives nearby.

On top of the very expensive storage unit I had to purchase a lock at almost $20. The staff is rude and unfriendly. The buildings and bathroom are filthy. The rear gate is always left open and anyone can go in. The door to the main building is open and you can walk through all of the rest of the storage units that you actually have to use a code to drive into.
