6Number one, most important quality of a great business is attitude! The manager (Steve) of Cubesmart in Delray is kind, friendly, patient, respectful, and extremely attentive to the appearance of his facility. Which leads me to the next very important factor I look for, cleanliness! This is the cleanest storage facility I have ever used, and I have used at least 10 different ones in my life. The phone app for easy access is a great bonus. Finally, I appreciate the promo deals, especially the "1st month free" that I got here. I really needed that break right now. All around great experience!
It was a very smooth process getting my unit dealing with Lena she went above and beyond to help me out.
