CubeSmart Self Storage, Orlando FL

I had a wonderful experience at Cubesmart. The facility is always clean and the service is outstanding. I dealt specifically Liyeam and she addressed all my concerns and was very knowledgeable about the services and pricing. I would recommend this particular storage facility to anyone in need!

CubeSmart don't let me get started on how you treated me, and your front office staff at the Kirkman/conroy location. The staff. 5 stars.
I haven't used this location in 2 years and even the staff changed, its still one of the best locations.its good to know I can get help when it's 530 and you close at 6. I can't recall a name but new associate helped me, when i had to move stuff because my placed was damaged due to the hurricane, 530 I'm on the site, making my reservation, 550 trying to get to the location, and 552, your associate calls me and ask am I on the way, well yes I am, I need help and I will be there in 2 minutes.we can wait. It's good to know those last minute results can bring the best out of people. I'm a manager as well and I know when it's almost time it's time close but that last minute van change your day when you need it even when you're having a bad day. Thank You conway location and staff.

Mrs. Marva, I don't way you getting promoted, You need to stay at this location. Don't go. Congrats on the promotion. You deserve that promotion

Very peaceful, very easy process and once I got there, I was greeted by a young lady who i may say treated me very well. She was sincere and just made me feel comfortable placing my belongings in the storage. Trusting that I made a great choice.

Just started renting with CubeSmart. Love the cleanliness, security and, most of all, the value/price! Have spoken with onsite manager, Marva, a few times. She is amazing at working with people, listening to their needs and assisting in appropriate solutions for THEM, not just for the company. She is the kind of person I would do business with above all others.

I just want to say the professionalism that Marva showed was amazing, I came in to pick up a Penske truck and was running late, and she took the time out to not only help me get the right size truck, she made the process super simple and quick. I will definitely have friends and family rent through this location

This location is very clean, unlike a lot of other storage facilities. Marva is highly professional and has a friendly personality. She takes time with you, listens to your needs and tries to meet those needs within her ability to make your storage experience a positive one. If your assisted by Marva you'll be well taken care of.
