CubeSmart Self Storage, Fort Lauderdale FL

I wanted to sign a contract with this storage company, when I arrived, no one was at the office. I knocked on the door.
A woman came out, munching on her lunch, pretending that I tore it off for her.
She said she had a lunch break because she still had to work until 6 o'clock, and I arrived at 4pm. The woman said that I should wait 30 minutes for her to get me into the process, because she has a break, although this is not provided in office hours.

That's why I chose another storage across the street with friendly employees.

Between talking to customer service on the and phone and meeting Mayra both ladies have made my experience welcoming and such a smooth process. I was able to get my unit the same day with no issues. Thank you for your great service. Happy customer

Rented here for over 10 years. Clean, air-conditioned and the best part was the covered, high clearance, secure, loading/unloading area. Front desk/support staff Xiomara and Tarique are friendly and professional.
