If I have leased a unit before, and bought a CubeSmart Lock multiple times, I should be able to recycle them. Its wasteful.

I have been a long term customer. My 10 x 10 was only $75 a month when I moved in. Now its $222! Be ready for constant and frequent rate increases with no relief! I'm now shopping for new storage unit as I'm a senior on a fixed income. Also the temp and humidity in the storage area seems high in the summer.

Pros: Storage is clean, ample storage size options, reasonable and competitively comparable rates, lock and insurance availability (if you do not have already), easy and convenient access, reliable and responsive team on site (shout out and salute to manager JP who is also a military veteran).

Cons: None noted

Mary was extremely pleasant and helpful as we decide which size and location worked best for us.

Manager did a 'Bait and switch" with the units and pricing. Poor coordination with main software - goofed up move in date

This was the worst storage unit we have ever used.
Storage unit had a sticker stating “this unit has been cleaned” but there was dirt and spiders/webs everywhere.
We used the unit for about two months and multiple items were ruined by water due to a leak. Lastly, almost every single box has had a roach in it.
Not sure if all cubesmarts are like this or just this location, but I would never recommend this storage unit.

I was charged a full month of storage for nothing. I moved out the day they took the money from auto pay, and I called the manager at the store the day I had the unit clean, which was the next day after the money was taken so I paid an entire month with an empty storage with nothing in it. They asked me if I had some thing I can store there for a month because they weren’t likely to issue a refund. I rented it for a move and timed it to move out so I didn’t have to spend an extra month rent. To me that’s bad business and cannot be excused especially when my things I have vermin in them now, and force me to pay a months rent for nothing. I would look for a more keeping the customer based storage center because these people don’t care about you you’re just another unit number.

The staff and the facility were both wonderful. My only issue was the limited hours I was able to access my unit. The facility is closes at 10pm and is not accessible after then. It would be much more convenient if I could have accessed my unit 24/7.

Staff in the office have always been friendly and helpful, just be ready for a rate increase every 6 months. Getting priced out of what would have been a much longer business-customer relation.

The place was very clean well lit and easy to get in and out of. Will use again if the need for storage ever come again.

Move in was fast and easy. Sol went above and beyond to help me when I needed to change the unit I’d reserved. The complimentary fruit snacks in the corners of the unit were a nice touch, but I think they might’ve been expired. They were dry and didn’t taste very good at all. Overall great experience though, 10/10 recommend!

Have rented for second time - this time outdoor for boat. Past records were on file, so enrollment was very fast. Courteous staff who drove to show me outdoor storage location. Easy to enter and exit the lot. So far - GREAT. Hope Hurricane Idalia missed location and my boat is fine.

The reservation and checkin process was very easy and fast. The front desk associate was very kind and helpful and explained everything very well and made it a great experience so far!

Easy to use. Good service. The only thing I would suggest is emailing or texting the customer their passcode for gate.

The local team members you have working with have been amazing. Always helpful and have a smile on their face!
