False advertising says first month is free but when you get there it’s only half off them they say only on selected units but it doesn’t say that on the website. Also we are supposed to have climate control and it’s been rediculously hot in there since we got the unit

Marco has always been extremely helpful. I have has several units since he has been there and it always works out well. I still have a unit now but had to move to a smaller unit.
