Reserved and had my unit booked in about 20min. A rep called me shortly after to explain details about my unit. I was very pleased with the experience.

Dora and Ashley are amazing. Even on a rainy day they were upbeat and very helpful and friendly!

Horrible customer service. I was rented a unit that was "climate controlled" Ashley came after i paid to the unit located across the street. (Office staff) Upon us arriving and walking into the hottest indoor unit I've ever been in, she informed me that the AC was broke and it would be repaired. I talked to corporate and they informed me the office would move my unit at no additional cost because of the intense heat. A few days later, (my first day off work) I go to get my unit moved and the entire staff including the store manager was beyond rude. I was very patient being under the assumption they were gonna move my unit. They didn't. They tried to charge me extra fees to move the unit that's beyond 80 degrees to a new unit. They were very disrespectful and have no common courtesy. The manager needs to be taught how to talk and address customers. I recommend you never rent from these people. There's no lights in the units and don't even attempt to move a couch in due to the low ceilings.

My experience with CubeSmart and their employees here in Tampa it has been amazing. Any questions I have or concerns they take care of it as soon as it’s possible. I was in a bigger storage unit and yesterday I decided to change to a smaller storage unit and it was a very easy fix on the system and smooth change. They were helpful and patience with me. I highly recommend this location to storage your stuff.

It was a great experience…until i moved my stuff out and found live roaches in 3 of the containers.

Anyone using this facility watch your stuff I keep my equipment ther for a long time thinking it’s secure & safe but due to the increase In rent 250$ for a 12x15
Is ridiculous & the amount of rats that peed on my stuff is not cool & I think I brought some home as well some wires were also bitten, omg

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Prices are pretty consistent with other storage facilities and they did offer us a special deal Great staff!

I have been very happy with my experience here! The facility is clean and well-organized, and the manager Denise is very personable and capable! It is true that the gate has been open during office hours, as one reviewer commented. The office is right up front, however, and the manager lives on-site.

Staff display integrity, passion for what they do and most of all they are very respectful.

The customer service was great always. However, I had my stuff in there for a while and I had some type of animal in my storage so I had poop on most of my things. I didn’t like that part especially if I am paying for a service.

Our organization has been a patron at this location in Tampa for years now and we are incredibly pleased with the location, the cleanliness of the facility, accessibility, and most importantly the wonderful management team who go above and beyond to be helpful and accommodating.

If you are in need of a clean, safe, secure facility with excellent gate hours, look no further. Dinece and Marcela are very knowledgeable and take your rental needs and concerns seriously. They also often offer wonderful move in promotions.

The all Florida manager, TL, orchestrates his upper management role with professionalism and integrity which is why Cubesmart storage facilities are a valuable resource and we would not hesitate to recommend them whether you need climate controlled storage, drive up storage, or even boat / RV storage, short or long term.

When I left yall, all my stuff was still in good condition. You all keep your storage clean also. You all are easy to deal with, with payments, etc!

Denise introduced herself and greeted me right away. She was very thorough in explaining the process of renting a unit. The site was very clean, gated and near local street.

The staff communicated all requirements and offers. They were very helpful. Very clean facility

Opened an account to move in on Dec 17th. Had a different circumstance come up and when I wanted to cancel my payment, was unable to hear back from store manager over 2 weeks. Finally heard back from the general manager & told me store manager refused to refund me since I didn’t call to cancel within the 3 days grace period. Even tho store manager didn’t get back to me in over 2 weeks. Ridiculous. Never doing business with Cubesmart ever again.
