Tyra was amazing it is our first time ever getting a storage unit and she made the process a breeze. We were not sure what we needed so she showed us the options so we could get what we needed. The unit was spacious and clean. I was able to fit all my belongings in the unit with room to spare. The associate was helpful in finding a unit that best fit me.

This location is SUPERB! It's a newer storage located in beautiful Viera, which means it's a pretty safe area. The property is very well lit, super clean, and maintained inside and out. The music playing throughout the property adds a special touch! Tyra and Bill are EXTREMELY helpful and professional. They both took the time to go above and beyond for me during my entire rental process. I highly recommend this location

I was interested in getting a storage unit at this location for the convenience factor, but the entire process of getting the unit and the help of Tyra was the most significant selling point. Leasing and payment were incredibly easy, but I can not speak more of the customer service experience. I am 100% glad I chose to go with CubeSmart and its fantastic facility.

We rented a small storage unit from the Rockledge CubeSmart on Viera Blvd a few years ago and recently upgraded to a larger unit. We were looking for a clean, climate-controlled, well-managed facility - and that's exactly what we found. Tyra, the facility manager, and Bill are extremely helpful and informative. They made the unit upgrade process smooth and efficient. In addition, they are both very pleasant to deal with. We have been customers here for a few years now and are very happy that we chose to store our belongings in this well maintained, clean facility.

I appreciate how quick and easy is it to get set up and going. I was ready to start loading my storage unit in under 20 min. I even got a call welcoming me and reviewing how to get set up with the locks etc.super clean, great music in the hallways, and always friendly! I highly recommend.

We were in need is a storage unit and this is the first time that we had to rent a storage unit so we did not know much about it. Thankfully, the day that we went an employee named Bill at this location was extremely knowledgeable and walked us through every step to help us find the right size unit that we would need.

We moved our things into the storage unit, but that particular day was a crazy day we were all getting tired it was getting late so the storage unit was not set up exactly the way we wanted it be. We all questioned if we needed a smaller unit so once again, Bill was so helpful showed us a smaller unit as he looked at our unit and asked questions of what our expectations of the unit and how we wanted the unit to be. Bill gave us great feedback, ideas & suggestions. We took his suggestions we moved things around stacked items they way it was suggested and we got our unit organized perfectly! Bill was 100% correct we did need the unit that we originally rented.

The point to this review is to let others know rely on the employees at this location their suggestions their thoughts are very helpful. They’re extremely honest. Yes they do want to rent a storage unit, but they don’t want you to rent a storage unit that is either too small or too large and they can tell you exactly how to stack things in the storage unit to actually be able to use the space that you have. They’re very knowledgeable and even after having a storage unit they’re still knowledgeable and you can still ask them questions are extremely helpful. We are so blessed that we have found this particular location with the employees that work there and their knowledge that they have!

Clean, safe, and convenient. Not much more you can ask for a storage facility. Staff is friendly and helpful too.
