It was our 1st time here and it took a lot longer then usual but we also didn’t have an appointment so that may be why, but they did a GREAT job on my baby boy Tucci!

Been coming in this place for years and they treat my dogs so nice my dogs love it here they don't even wanna come home lol the workers are great the owner is amazing with my babies! I deff recommended.

Left my dog for more than 10 hours even though my dog was one of the first to be dropped off. Bad management after having gone to this location for years.

This place is horrible! It’s so sad that the old owners sold there shop. I was using this dog grooming shop for almost 20 year’s but since the new owners took over the shop, their businesses aren’t the same. I no longer take my dogs there do to their bad grooming service and customer service. Did over book services and your pets are there for 10-12 hours longer then they should be. Customer service is horrible

(STRESS-I CRITTERS) since they'll
have you fue babies there for over 10-12 hours!

I must admit they did take longer than I expected but the results were absolutely phenomenal. Definitely left me speechless on how darn good our pup smelled. It was raining and I thought oh man “the rain is going to make him smell bad now” but nope he even went out to pee and got wet and came back with that wonderful clean smell. First time the smell of a clean dog lasted. He feels super fluffy and is well trimmed. Thank you to Chalo who was our pups groomer. Definitely worth the wait. ️

Great job on my goldendoodle puppy! Her first time and they were so sweet to her. Great people and I will definitely be back!

They were rude and blamed her for being aggressive but as the professional should have finished but instead left her looking horrible and only gave us a twenty dollar discount I will not be taking her there again

Took my goldendoodle here twice and will never return. Each time we would have an appt at 7: 30am and she wouldn’t be done til nearly 5pm. The second time we took her we brought her in at 7: 30am and I called to pick her up around 4pm and they stated they had no idea when she would be finished. So I gave it another hour and called for an update, she replied with the same thing, however I needed some type of answer. She said maybe within an hour. She said that she’s been washed and ears were cleaned and just needed to be cut. So I waited another hour around 6pm and called again. SAME response, she said that they cleaned up her ears and she’s been washed but she still has more to do.at this point I was getting very very upset.my puppy has been there almost 12 hours and now she’s late for dinner! How could you not be done she was the first one there when we brought her in! I told the lady we needed to pick her up by no later then 7pm because we had somewhere to be.she stated that she really doesn’t think she will be done by then but she will try. Eventually 7pm rolls around and we are there to pick her up. There was only ONE other dog left. So I’m assuming my dog was sitting in a crate ALL 12 hours until they groomed her. The worst part, when we picked her up.her haircut was horrible, they basically gave her a buzz cut and everything was botchy. I will NEVER ever bring my dog there again.

I will never take my dog there again they said my dog was not cooperative what kind of dog groomer says a dog is not cooperative unbelievable they did a horrible job on my dog I still paid them but they really did a horrible job. I will not be taking my dog day anymore.

I was super disappointed with my pup’s visit. They did a terrible job with his nails, leaving them split down to the quick. We noticed it bc he would whine and whimper when we touched his paws. On top of that, his cut was super choppy and uneven. We’ll definitely not be going back.

Terrible service. Took my kitty at 9am for a quick wash and nail trim and since it was already 2: 30pm I decided to call to pick him up. They told me on the phone that they have not even touched him yet, and when I got there they change the story stating they already did everything. My cat claws were BLEEDING because I guess they trim the nails on a rush and cut them too short. Employee who works with “cats specifically” has a big mouth but won’t come out of the building to act though like he does inside the facility. 0/10. Don’t recommend.

They always make room for my dog even when they are extremely busy and also do a very good job with his bath and nails.

I used to be a regular client. Customer service used to be great, not anymore. New policies and procedures are ridiculous (read it carefully). They will extra-charge you for everything. Price start in $60 or $65 and an extra charge for every little thing, and no responsibility for minor injuries to your dog. Thanks but no thanks. Never returning again.

I bring my dog in almost every other week and they do a great job. He used to go crazy for his nails and he is really good with the groomers which is surprising. I love this place they always make my dog smell so good and he enjoys coming here. I recommend coming here if you want good service and your dog looking fresh! Also they do bunnies! I brought my bunnies here and they shaped the feet up really nice and clipped the nails and my bunnies were really good with them.
