Cue & Shisha, Orange Park FL

First time checking out this place. Service was prompt food was quick and pretty good (for bar food). I'll be back:)

Dont play in a tournament here unless your friends with the bartenders or owner. They are the only people that win. Dont waste your time or money!

Tables have felt bought from Michael's, pockets are made of plastic and cue tips are slipped on all make for amateur hour. Also if you have a problem with your tab, as I did, (probably because the bartender was too busy making out with the guy sitting on the end) the manager Cris has to finish his pool game to talk to me. That's right the manager is too busy playing in the daily tournament to care. I have never been to a tournament where the manager plays in the tournament, let alone any employee, while working! The tournament is the best thing about this place and can be played almost every day. I have come close to winning and I'm not that good, but appreciate a good pool hall, this is not one. I hope they improve but judging by the employees, apart from the one who runs the tourneys and the charcoal lady, not happening. Did I mention the nails holding the plastic pockets on that will tear up your hand when getting the balls out? Major fail.

Bar staff was excellent, Ashley is the best. Food was great. Prices are fair, and there are always drink specials! 10 out of 10 Frome me.

Very awesome staff, especially Chris Barakat very friendly guy there.he was helpful with every question we had.a very clean place as well! It was an honor to be in this establishment that actually takes care of there customers

Good tables, and beer specials. I was surprised cigarettes had to be smoked outside at a shisha bar though.

Amazing place! Cool atmosphere and you can vape! Staff is always amazing and I love the new food and drinks. We go almost every Wednesday.

Cold Beers, kinda slow as expected on a Sunday evening. Bar was a little sticky but the bar tender Ashley gladly took care of that. Food was good for bar food LoL

Used to like this place but it's going downhill. I understand when it's slow they will close early but at the same time they need a everyday open to close for everyone to know their schedule. Asked the bartender tonight when they closed, shes says in between 12 and 1230. Havent heard 1230 before.thats no way to do business first of all. Asks if I want hookah I have less than an hour. I do understand, but comes come back and is rude again also saying if I want a drink. No of course not. You were rude. I think ultimately they need a set time when they close on a daily basis just like any other business. Otherwise I think you will lose customers.

The security guard sits up there and smokes while he's supposed to be working.he just sits up there he doesn't even walk around the place and look at people he just looks straight at the bartender and smokes while he's working

Hookah was great and had great drink specials but they were very under staffed. As they got busier, they had a hard time keeping up

They have new management and all new specials. Better drinks is definitely a plus. What I think is really dope is the fact that they are starting to do pool tournaments. Enough said.

Plenty of space, but pool tables were not placed properly to be able to play around them. Got draft beer, but was very flat and the glass smelt like someone threw up in it. Had to switch to bottled. Pool table prices were not bad.

A little bit pricey didn't like paying 5.00 for a bottle beer in a pool room, the place was clean and spacious service was good the bartender was all over the place, myself and a few of the guys enjoyed the electronic dart machine, the food looked good I didn't hear any complaints overall i would say I had a good night out with my club members.

They state they open on Saturday at 4pm and I was there at 4pm til 4: 15pm and still waiting the door locked no employees nothing.

Husband went here and was robbed! Ordered drinks and watched bartender/owner make it and was charged for regular drinks then added a doubled amount for shots of drinks that didn't happen. Then argued with him about his mistake. Argued for 30 min. Wouldn't take mistake off. Don't know if they are low on business and need more money but I will ensure that we don't ever go back and definitely let the better business bureau know as well. Disgusting!
