Culver's / Culver’s, Venice FL

My daughter and son inlaw came from Maine and we took them there and now they are addicted to Culver's. The food is very good we all love it.

So I go in and order me and my wife meals, when we got to the soda machine it said no lids for medium drinks, but I seen them putting lids on the medium drinks at the drive through. So I ask for one, the young lady said sure, then the other young lady acting like a supervisor stopped her and said no we don't have lids, so I ask her what about the ones at the drive through. She said those all we have and they're for drive though only. So when did you guys promote lying to your customers?

The people cleaning the tables and removing our empties were wonderful and we tipped them. Food was very good, just a little bit salty. We will indeed go back. The young man taking our order was constantly, yes, constantly, talking to other people around him about daily life things; not surprisingly, he didn't submit our full order.

I absolutely love the food at culvers! Unfortunately They tend to leave something out of my order every single time I go. Then I have to drive back just to ensure I get what I properly ordered from and paid for. When you call you get and I'm sorry that's it. I guess Culver's lost another customer. Because all 7 people in my homeEat from this restaurant. I'm highly disappointed in the lack of professionalism when a call is placed with a complaint. Maybe hire ADULTS for managers and not kids. Customer service is obviously of no importance. I even stated I will no longer come to this establishment and got OK. As stated they truly don't care about their customers nor the fact that this is an ongoing issue that is not addressed. Spend 30 dollars on 2 meals to eat it cold when you have to drive back to get your order corrected. Better customer service at McDonald's sadly.

Everything was so good! Customer service was fantastic + I was truly so surprised at the quality of the fish.

Today was my first time at Culver's and the young man that took my order at the drive-thru was very patient and helpful. The young lady serving me was very pleasant. The food was very hot and made exactly as I ordered. I will definitely be back.

Double deluxe burger basket or the spicy chicken sandwich, you can't go wrong.top it off with a concrete mixer.mmmm boy!

Always a good and sandwich. Love the cheese curds too. The pooch always enjoys a pup cup of custard as well.

Breaking in a new employee. Order was slightly wrong. Manager was helping doing a million things due to lack of staff and new employees. We all need to have more patiences.

Just left from Culver’s due to my wife finding a live worm in her salad. Been going here multiple times a week for months now and for sure will no longer. She walked up and presented the worm in her food and cashier didn’t seem to really care. Never had this happen in my life.

First time having it. Best burger ever had at a fast food place and much better than most bbq's I've been to.

Bad food, worse service.they screw up the orders constantly and do not prepare the sandwiches properly.avoid.the one over on jacaranda is entirely different, and substantially better.hard to believe they are in the same chain!

I went there to get the flavor of the day "Lemon Crumble". I have been trying to try this since last summer. IT WAS WORTH THE WAIT!

My friend took me to lunch for my birthday. I had a wonderful lunch ~ my burger basket was delicious!
