14 After a flew into Tampa airport, went through drive thru and orders a specific sandwich.
Continued home to south Sarasota and when once reaching home realized the order was incorrect, there is now nothing to be done except have a coupon mailed to me. After my flight, I don't want a coupon that won't reach me in a few days or to drive all the way back there to have it replaced/fixed. No one else is going to eat it either. Since it is a franchise; I can not go to local Culver's. The other receipt was correct hut somehow the order still was wrong, in a major way.
I really enjoy Culver's fresh to order burgers. My son is really into the pub burger. The service is always top notch by young people learning the ropes of customer service. It is located at an intersection with a round about, so it is confusing to get to unless you know how to use it. Unfortunately, most drivers don't. Don't forget the cheese curds!
The supposed GMAA 100% doesn't care about the customers. I asked for my sandwich with Ketchup and Mayo on the top does trust me. That's how I like it, so that should be how I get it. It came out with it on the bottom. I told the person it was not right He said he'll bring me ketchup. MAO packets did not offer to remake it.
Stated he was the GMA 100% unacceptable. They do not deserve any custo first if they can't make one sandwich correct. Or be willing to fix it.
Out of town visiting and got a cheeseburger with everything on it. It was out of this world
It's my boyfriend's first time getting Culver's so we asked for suggestion. José the manager was really helpful and nice. He even gave our dog a pup cup. He was a man!
We love Culver's annd we're thrilled that they built in east county on 64. They have the best hamburgers and ice cream.
The general manager and shift manager, Jordan and Anthony, both came out while they were clocked off to change my tire after I pulled up to the place with a flat. I don't think anyone could ask for better customer service than that. The food is also always fresh and the store is well maintained. Big thanks.

This was just what I needed on a Saturday afternoon for lunch. Burger was big and juicy, fries were crisp. Service was perfect, didn't have to wait long.
Anthony delivered exceptional service for my family and I! He'd make a wonderful manager. Food was good. The place is kept up well. It's a relatively new Culver's, with ample seating to accommodate large parties.

Employees are always very nice and attentive. Butterburgers are delicious, and the custard is always great!
One of the best fast food burgers around. Frrsh ingredients and great variety on the menu. Can't leave there eithout one of their concretes - the best!
A little pricey, but good food, great service and clean restaurant. Cost $60 for 4 of us to eat and buy 2 pints of custard to take home.
