Culver’s, Brooksville FL

Food was good. Was disappointed the cashier nor MOD could answer my question if the frozen custard was gluten free. MOD opted to say no instead of offering to check. It is but I didn't bother to order after checking the website at my table.
The condiment area had only 1 of 4 ketchup dispensers working. The containers were missing in action. Tables not wiped and crumbs all over the floor.

Not happy with this place. Went last night hardly anyone in there ordered our food at 5: 16 pm. Waited and waited! Finally went up and asked where our food was got served at 5: 55! 2 cheeseburgers, one order of onion rings and coleslaw! Never even apologized for the wait. Don't think I'll be going back and I would not recommend this for anyone. I'll stick to Dairy Queen for a cheeseburger.

I have to say that this was the worst Culver’s I have ever eaten at. Unorganized, order was messed up, the custard tasted like freezer burned ice cream. Such a disappointment for a Culver’s

I've had a bad experience with another Culvers but gave THIS location a chance since it's newer. Glad I did! We went tonight with a big order, and Emma (working the drive thru) was so patient and helpful! Our food was great, and we really appreciate her kindness! (Please give her a raise, she deserves one for dealing with even just our goofiness!)
We got the value baskets of Mushroom Swiss Burger, Pretzel Pub Burger and ButterBurger with Cheese & added bacon, as well as the pretzel bites, cheese curds and (2) shakes; one Chocolate, one Strawberry Cheesecake. Everything was Delicious! Thank you again to Emma & the kitchen crew, too!

The burgers are really good. The Ruben was not too bad. The cod sandwich was a little bland. The frozen custard is super good, so many flavors.

Ordered double w/onion, got double cheeseburger. There was no ketchup in containers, iced tea was empty. Indeed butter pecan ice cream w/caramel. Told we couldn't have that today, that they would have to open two conrainers? Another customer came to us who had overheard this conversation. She was puzzled as well. We left without ice cream. We will go out on Cortez next time. This trip was a disaster.

After multiple bad experiences my latest was much better. Kiara the manager listened to my valid complaint and handled the situation above and beyond my satisfaction. Thank you

This place is absolutely ridiculous my friends and i waited over 20 minutes for our food and it wasn’t even that good i do not recommend coming here

Drive thru today 9/13/23. So what I had to pull up and wait four minutes but that’s the validity of fresh cooked and I could tell! Great food and service. Dang that burger the one with double patty and lettuce tomato, onion and cheese Yum the best ever!

Hot and delicious food! The service is awesome they only thing I would say is the little girl who waited on us needs to slow down when speaking. It was hard to understand her even after asking to repeat twice.

Have never tried anything at Culver's.
I've just purchased gift cards for my friends that say that they love the place so it must be good!

Ask for a Culver double deluxe and they mess up the order, I asked for another burger and I told her I want just mayo no ketchup or mustard.
But when got the burger they make the same burger with ketchup and mustard and no mayo. I just Ask for my money I'm not coming back here.

My friends and I all love the burgers here. They let you tell them what you want on your food. Unfortunately, I can't tell you about the rest of the food. I have only discovered Culvers in the past year.

The food was great, but I think they are either understaffed or disorganized. Food took a long time, and some orders were not right. Wasn't even lunch rush time.

This is a new Culver's and they appear to still be working the bugs out. Our most recent visit resulted in both our sandwiches being wrong and there were 2 other customers at the counter getting their orders corrected. The food is good, they just need more training or experience for their workers.

I have been here five times since they opened. Unfortunately I find the service is not as good as the location on Cortez boulevard. The last time I was there I had a concern with the quality of my food. And the person at the front counter was very dismissive of my concerns. I will drive the extra miles to visit the Cortez location when I am craving one of their burgers

So I don’t usually give reviews but after waiting 34 minutes for our food in drive through and almost $40 bucks spent on fast food place because some days you just don’t have the energy to cook, we were unable to even finish our food because of how burnt mine and my husbands burgers were and how bland everything in general tasted. Super disappointed. Hope they get it together
