Cumberland Farms, West Melbourne FL

The worst experience at this gas station. I went to get gas today and the female cashier up front smelled like alcohol. I had to yell at her to get her attention, seemed like she was still drunk from last night. I went and got my own gas since she couldn’t comperehend.

Payment system is experiencing technical difficulties so it’s cash only currently and of the cashiers was very rude and treated customers like it was their fault they were not privy to this. Not everyone reads every sign. It’s your job to be courteous and explain the situation even if you have to repeat yourself a million times.

Bathroom was clean but they are stingy with the soap, hot water and papertowel. Hot dog buns were either old and hard or cold and hard. They don't take debit for lottery but the ATM was broken. Not on my suggestion list at all.

The gas is always priced well/cheaper (according to the norm) and they have protein bars, fresh fruits, vegi packs and all kinds of other junk food if that's your thing but love that they include healthy options! Service is always friendly (except some random employees that are off, but it's a gas station).

The regular staff are friendly. The manager, Stephanie, not so much. Had an issue with a gas pump which was not pumping gas but charging me for an empty fuel container. Really odd occurrence. Manager didn’t believe I was being charged despite the receipt and empty gas can. Told me to eat the $5.35 as it was a small charge.

Regardless, corporate Cumberland Farms was excellent and took care of me with a gift card.

Store manager Steph was definitely not friendly, poor customer service skills and full of attitude towards a customer not knowing that they can’t use a $100 bill in their store and after being told that her demeanor and attitude was unprofessional, she threaten to call the police saying she’s being harassed. That is a funny way of showing hospitality for anyone to want to come back to this store!

Friendly staff and good location but $4 for this? And that’s the same price. No sauce. Super dry. Can’t really recommend it.

This is the closest store to my house. Everytime I go to this store they are out of what I need. I only go to this store for 3 items.milk, cigarettes or coke 12 packs, they are always out of one of these items which forces me to have to go to another store. I choose to no longer frequent this store.

I am absolutely grateful and happy that Florida have Cumberland Farms. They normally have amazing gas prices, cheap fountain drink, coffee that is like my heavens nectar and great food. If you have the chance please go to a Cumberland Farms.

The manager Jill is rude the store is always dirty they never have cups that can be used. There was a tampon on the floor the other day and an employee stepped right over it. They never have sandwhichs in their case. Of all the Cumberland farms i have been in this is the worst.

I've never been to this gas spot before but I just got off work and walked in for something quick to eat. He walked me around, suggested his personal favorites, and he and the other wonderful woman staff member heated up a flatbread for me and were the friendliest people. They showed me all the specials and promos and were more helpful then I've ever experienced in my 29 years. THANK YOU GUYS! Oh and the flatbread. SOOOOO BOMB. ️

This is one of the best gas stations, always so friendly, has a variety of selection, never runs out of gas (even during Irma), and the store & grounds are always upkept. You do not see that with other gas stations. Love the 24hrs and the convenience.

Great store, best gas prices, get a free Smart Pay card and save 10 cents off each gallon! Get free stuff too. Friendly staff and great coffee!

I just went there to get a cold fountain drink. They were out of CO2 so there weren't any drinks available that were sweet. I went to get a slushie instead, and all of their slushie machines are defrosted, and are not dispensing. Very frustrating and disappointing.

I go into this location often and have never had a problem yet. The store always looks so clean you could eat off the floor. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. There is an older lady who I see in the mornings, she always reminds me about any specials they are running like right now free chips/cookies for a coke/pepsi, etc.
