Worst experience. The customer service definitely needs additional training.
Bought 5 live rosen carts 3 were not good 2 didn't work 1 tipped over on my counter & the tip broke off. Customer service told me that they can only give me 1 in return of 3 broken carts. Not what I expected.

Great bud. Close to my house. Only negatives are pricey carts and no inside shopping only drive up, really hate that.

The staff is very helpful, but the location isn't ideal. Construction going on and it looks like the warehouse too, more of a drive-up location. If you prefer curbside, this is your spot, but I'll stick to Dadeland for now

Absolutely great Customer Services and there products are beyond excellent. Ive never had any issues placing my orders and having them delivered the following day. Everyone, thank you for helping me from day one when I had to some paper work and explaining the products, so thank you from my heart. Also Christine who makes the deliveries to my home, thank you sweet lady. Also, the Tinture, Topical Balm and Sublingual tablets has helped so much with my Lupus and the severe pain, stress, anxiety and severe nausea.

I live in the neighborhood of the Redlands where your facility is and the security lights that are facing sw 192 st are blinding drivers at night making it difficult to see the road. My parents are in their 80s and can no longer drive that street at night. Please address this issue for it is a public safety issue.

This is the only place that I ever come since I opened up my medical card. I completely love the stuff they’re very professional. They even know who I am when I call now. They look out for me they even remember my preferences and flower and what not. So let’s say online there was only sativa and I will go ahead and put that in my cart to get it. They will call me and tell me indigo just got in if I wanted that instead because they know I prefer that. That is what I’m talking about with customer service. It’s like no other here. I feel it’s discrete and safe and I don’t even have to leave my car. Hilda is my favorite

I couldn't have left any happier than I did, thanks to Victoria! First time at Curaleaf and will return again many times. Victoria was so helpful and knowledgeable. I'm usually just an oil and herb person but she gave me the information I needed to branch out. Thanks so much!

OH my God I have been to dispensary 's all over Florida Helda at this location was absolutely amazing and extremely helpful 1st employee I have met that was extremely knowledgeable about their products. She was truly happy to be at her job

The staff is amazing and very well informed on all of the products. They are very nice and helpful.

I really enjoyed my visit to this curaleaf property, it’s small but the bud tender Hilda from the south miami dispensary was extremely nice and very thorough with each product and how they were supposed to be taken. Her great customer service honestly made the experience worth the hour drive and I will definitely be heading back again soon!

Really good service excellent oil selection is excellent well priced put needs to step out is flower products with a lot more variety if they want to catch up to the flower power house of thier main competition in Florida. Also they don't sell ground flower or mini buds that are a big part of the major sellers of flower in Florida.
